• Extremely Dirty.

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! It was located in a rundown portion a.k.a. "ghetto" of Downtown San Jose. The scent of fried chicken floundered the hotel from a K.F.C located 10 feet from the hotel. The hotels outer appearance was decent, however once inside the room it was a whole different story. Horrible. The room was extremely dated, dirty, smelled funny, peeling wallpaper, and had nothing positive about it. I had to go to the front desk to get the only iron in the hotel, which was broken. Stayers beware. This is no joke.”

• Leaving it.
• Rundown, Bed spread was not washed, phone was filthy, carpet has not been cleaned.

“Don't stay there. Not worth the almost $100.00 I spent there.”
