• The price.
• There were MANY things I did not like about this hotel.

“The website for the hotel promised complimentary in-room snacks. There were none. The website promised two telephones. They didn't work. The website promised an AM/FM Radio/Alarm Clock. There was none. The website promised an iron and ironing board. The room only had an ironing board, but no iron. There was garbage in one of the dresser drawers, there was no phone book (which didn't matter since the phone didn't seem to work), the bathroom had no soap, and the staff on duty the night we arrived barely understood a word of English, much less speak it. I would never, ever, EVER stay at this place again.”

• We had a place to sleep for the night.
• The room was terribly dirty.

“The first room that we were given was so dirty that we asked for another one. It was better. We were disappointed with this stay even for a one star hotel.”

• The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful
• The room, especially the carpet looks filthy and the toilet does not flush well. The air in the room smells.

“I love the staff but the rooms definitely need major clean-up... and it is nothing the maid can do. It is located besides the freeway so if quietness is what you are seeking, avoid this. It is not located in the best of neighbourhood but it is not notorious either. ”

• It's located right by a railroad track, the water facilities were either cloged or didn't work well.

“This hotel was horrible. The bed was uncomfortable, there were burn marks/stains on some furniture. ”
