• Proximity to the freeway.
• The miserable air conditioning.

“Ramada Inn used to be a notch or two above Holiday Inn, but has slipped a few grades, I guess. The room had a very unpleasant smell, I wonder if it was really a no smoking room. The furniture was old and worn, the decorations tired and shabby. The air conditioning was a mess. First, there was some sort of auxiliary power box plugged into the AC outlet--or at least partially plugged in, actually it fell out on the floor after I was in the room for an hour and I could not replug it. The AC was noisy and inefficient, and, inexplicably, turned itself off in the middle of the night. The staff fixed it, so that it continued to make a dreadful racket all night long and produced a very small amount of cold air. On the other hand, the little continental breakfast was nicely arranged, clean, and good. Boiled eggs!”

• Location was good, room was reasonably clean, bed was comfortable.
• Staff was very slow on checking in, bathroom could have used a better scrub, pillows were lumpy.

“I stayed here only because others in my meeting were here. This name brand used to represent a very nice room, but I would say is now on a par with economy class motels. I did not eat the breakfast as I have dietary restrictions. Very good and convenient location.”

• Pool, breakfast included and cheap.
• The room was filthy and smelly when we entered and had to wait a few hours for it to be cleaned.

“The staff who spoke English was nice and very helpful. It was hard to communicate with those who did not speak English. The room smelled terrible when we first entered as it had not been cleaned and you could tell someone had just used it as there left over were still there. The previous traveler left the room in a bad state and the TV and clock had to be reset.”

• Overpriced, not knowledgeable.
• Hallways smelled of smoke even by non-smoking rooms, hotel needs updating.

“This hotel is overpriced. The staff does not know what they are doing nor does management. The hotel reeked of smoke everywhere including the outer halls. We were given an un-cleaned room, then our key-cards did not work. The shower was coming apart. The pool was clean and the king bed was comfortable. We will not stay here again.”

• The front desk staff was friendly.
• The bed was like sleeping on a bag of hangers.

“We will never stay there again. We began referring to the hotel as the crack hotel by the second day of our week long trip. The staff was the only redeeming quality.”

• Overpriced - Outdated Decor - Need Room Repairs.

“The stay was not worth the money spent, it appeared that there was permanent living status, the room draperies looked disgusting, as well as the toiletries, furniture, etc. The accommodation on a whole was terribly uncomfortable due to fear of possible germ infestation.”

• It was located near where we needed and there was availability.
• The bed was very uncomfortable in our room and the water in the tub did not work in our friends room.

“The nearness to the freeway and services is convenient. They seem to be in the middle of a room furnishing upgrade (which it desperately needed). They had not yet cleaned the pool and hot tub to open them for the season. The staff was friendly and helpful.”

• Room only had 2 towels, no hand or wash cloth, unsafe.

“Terrible experience! I was kept on hold for 15 minutes when I called to request a non-smoking room and 2 beds, which I was denied; I would have to wait until check in, even for the non-smoking room, bad! I could not check in early, well OK. There were very rough guys hanging out on the upper level, very unsafe feeling, requested a court side room and I would pay to upgrade. The room only had 2 bath towels, no hand towels or wash cloths, I pulled the spread off the bed before we even sat on the bed, and it is hard to believe this was a Ramada Inn, it felt like a road side brothel. I will never stay there again; I would rather sleep on my sisters floor.”

• Water stained ceiling, broken several broken tiles in bathroom, furniture is in poor condition, and baseboards are broken.

“This hotel is about a 1.5 star; basically the conditions were equal to what you see at motel 6.”

• Old room previous smoking room listed as non smoking.

“Old, kind of broken down, no hair dryer in room, could not find a replacement in whole hotel, bathroom light didnt work, curtain held together with a push pin, deserves no more than 1 star.”

• The breakfast was considerable.
• The shower temperature would not regulate, it fluxuated from scalding hot to icy cold.

“The picture of the hotel is accurate, but there is no mention about the neighborhood. It is a high crime area. There had been a shooting the night before we got there. I advised the hotel staff of the water problem in the shower, it would not stay at a comfortable temperature, it kept fluxuating between icy cold and scalding hot but they just said that the maintenance man said "you just have to adjust it as needed". They didn't seem concerned.”

• Only location otherwise this place did not live up to Ramada name.
• The staff was unfriendly, checked me into a smoking room. And when I asked to change told me it would cost more, rooms were old and terrible.

“What is up with Ramada? This was the second Ramada Inn I stayed at on my trip - outside looks ok - lobby passable - but the rooms were lower standard quality than even a motel 6 which is usually clean and well kept if there is at least no amenities! Carpets warn, old warn furniture, poor customer service, the place was a dump over all.”

• Toilet and sink was clogged, lights burned out, coffee maker didn't work, sheets dirty, safe smashed open, etc.

“This was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed at, in the u.s.a.”

• The location was convenient.
• The bed was broken and the card key did not work.

“The room was dirty and not well supplied with towels and toilet paper. The box spring was literally broken in half lengthwise. The card key only worked half the time so it took several minutes just to get into our room each time we returned to it. I expected something nicer for the price that they originally were asking. I won't stay there again.”

• Located near the fairgrounds where we did the home show.
• Needs paint and new outdoor carpet. Noisy surroundings.

“Noisy because of its proximity to the main street and freeway. Had a few extra amenities such as a low grade continental breakfast, iron, and coffee maker, but other than that not much better than a motel 6. I would not stay there again.”

• Pool was very dirty, non-smoking room was Smokey, continental breakfast not good.

“Hotel staff was not very friendly at first. Pool was so dirty we could not swim in it. Full of construction and workers drinking beer. Somewhat noisy, but good location.”

• They upgraded us to a nonsmoking room.
• The pool was dirty; no food for breakfast; people not from hotel walking around my door.

“This hotel is located close to highway 4 which is great in theory but not for sleep. The parking lot is very public, and the people that were not staying at the hotel parked right in front of my door. They came back from their party or club and were very loud. This happened twice and with different people and cars each time. There was no food at the content Intel breakfast after asking the staff for more fruit or sugar. The answer was that this is their day off and they are just helping out today. They were very helpful when my car did not start, my wife left the light on in the car overnight and we needed a jumpstart, one of the girls up front offered to help and was very friendly. The staff in general was very good.”
