• Staff was kind, courteous and helpful.
• Facilities not the cleanest, limited room size.

“Hotel room was not kept up to good standards. Some dirt on bathroom floor, cracked, peeling, and discolored door and bathroom molding, empty and not filled Kleenex box, and uneven door jam, door lock difficult to lock.”

“The staff was awful from the time we checked in. The rooms we old and very dirty. So unkempt that as I was using the toilet the heavy duty lid fell off and broke inches away from my toes. They called on our home machine to tell us that we damaged their toilet. When I told them that they should be glad that I wasn't hurt they told me that I wasn't and I should pay to replace the lid. If you choose to stay. Dont expect anything.”

• The TV channel selection was small, but every channel was a good quality choice.
• Our room was small.

“Chico Days Inn is very close to downtown Chico which was great for our stay. The room was small, but comfortable, and the bathroom was pretty spacious. Their continental breakfast was only Danishes and Muffins, but there was a fridge and microwave so you could bring your own food.”

• Excellent location.
• The bed was very uncomfortable.

“This hotel's location was pretty good, close to downtown. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and worn, as were the pillows. Worse, every time someone flushed the toilet in another room, our toilet's water ran very loudly, to the point that it would wake us in the night. In general, not a very quiet location.”

• The location is great as far as being close to downtown shopping.
• The street noise was obnoxious. Had to sleep with earplugs.

“The staff was very friendly and my room was very clean. Continental breakfast was disappointing, muffins and coffee. No juice or cereal for my son.”
