• Jacuzzi in the tub.
• No swimming pool.

• Large room.
• Hotel being updated and hard to find.

• Staff was friendly and room was clean.
• Ice machine right outside room and road noise.

“I and my son stayed at this hotel for a gym meet my daughter was attending in nearby Brentwood. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and well equipped although there were some large cigarette burns in the comforter and the sink drain was a bit slow. The ceiling over the sink and in the bathroom was pretty low. Unknown if it was just this room but someone over six feet might find themselves ducking. The one thing that was annoying was the location of the hotel. It's not clearly marked from the main road and you actually drive through either a Denny¿s parking lot or a bowling alley lot to get to it. I ended calling after driving by it a few times because it wasn't clearly marked. Perhaps because we arrived late at night it made it harder to find but it should be marked a bit better. Because it's by the freeway and a main road, there was a fair amount of road noise and we also had to contend with the ice and soda machine right outside our door. ”

• There were two of us traveling. The staff was excellent.
• Access was tricky. It needs better sign age.

“It is a clean and well run Best Western. The staff was excellent and knowledgeable about the area. There was a small continental breakfast that was just enough.”

• Room had appropriate amenities, friendly staff.
• The shower heads are now low-flow, water saving and not quite adequate.

“The room was clean and smelled pleasant, came complete with a small 'fridge, close to shopping and restaurants, the table was a nice touch for my laptop. Overall, a nice place to spend a few days.”
