• Nothing!
• Rude, Incompetend staff, and
  disgusting rooms.

“They charged $10 extra to change rooms to two queen beds. Needed $100 non-smoking deposit, then refused to give credit card Impression back upon check-out. There were holes in the sheets, holes in the curtains. Chipped paint, falling down shower rod, water damage everywhere.”

• Nothing.
• Smelly room, old mattress, scratchy towels.

“Absolutely horrible! The room was uncomfortable and didn't even have an armchair. The rug was stained. The room had a foul odor, and the mattress was so old I could feel the springs. The bananas at breakfast were brown, the coffee tasted like it came from an old can, and the selection was otherwise very limited. Never again!”

• Non-smoking.
• It was very noisy because of freeway traffic. May want to ask for a room away from the freeway side.

“Clean rooms, non-smoking with a $100.00 deposit in case you smoke (I hope I am not charged). Average to below breakfast, at 8:30am cold coffee, running short on danish. Ok if you like fruit loops.”

• Free breakfast includes bagels and pastries, as well as cereal, toast, juice and coffee.
• Front desk clerk gave us room keycards which didn't work. It would have been nice if she had apologized for the mistake.

“This hotel was a satisfactory and inexpensive place to stay on our way to Sacramento. Our kids enjoyed the free breakfast and it saved us lots of money.”

“This is a budget conscious no-frills hotel. That said it was clean, close to the freeway and a good value for our family. The front desk clerk was friendly too.”

• Size of the room; new motel.
• Can't think of anything.

“Nice new rooms, has elevator. Close to freeway and drive thru eating. No restaurant, but did have free continental breakfast.”

• Very clean and couldn't hear too much outside noise.
• Bed was not very comfortable.

“The room was very clean but the bed just wasn't as comfortable as other hotels Ive stayed in. But, for the price, Id definitely stay there again and just deal with the bed.”

• Not much.
• The counter person at check in was not real bright. She didn't seem to be well trained.

“The room was o.k., much what I expected for this company. The help was marginal at best. Did not return my I.D. when I checked in and I had been driving around all night with no license and had to drive back to the hotel only to be told "I" had left it there. Not a great experience with the front counter some much needed customer service training needs to take place.”

• Short drive from o.k. Davis.
• No pet-free rooms caused severe allergies in my husband, checked out after 2 hours.

“This hotel was one of my worst hotel experiences ever. In fact, we had to check out after just 2 hours because my husband had severe allergies to the dog allergens in the room. This hotel does not offer any pet-free rooms and admitted to hosting customers for frequent dog shows. People with pet allergies absolutely cannot stay in this hotel. In fact, when we were checking out, another family decided not to stay due to the lack of pet-free rooms.”

• Internet access was not there. We tried at nearby Starbucks and my laptop worked there. Hotel needs to address this.

“Everything was ok. Biggest issue for me was wireless did not work. I work for a networking company and had our company employee tech service on the phone and look at the problem. Given their limited access to the infrastructure. Router configuration is not friendly was their comment. I had to spend 3 to 4 hrs every day at near by star bucks for accessing internet rather in comfort of my hotel bed. Hotel did not have qualified backup staff to help, except front desk whom I don't except to be tech savvy on trouble shooting such issues.”

• Relatively comfortable budget motel.
• Grease stained linens.

“This is a typical highway-side motel for the budget conscious traveler. Staff was relatively friendly, and the room was relatively comfortable. However, the room we were initially assigned had not yet been cleaned after check in time. Also, all linens (including replacement linens we requested) were grease stained.”
