• The bathroom door was off the track a lot and the air conditioner didn't work well.

• I enjoyed the breakfast and the quietness.
• The bathroom door did not close and the room wasn't ready.

• There is nothing to like about that hotel, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
• See above.

“Simply put - do not stay at this hotel and at any Ramada hotels overall. This was my second awful experience in Ramada, understaffed, not helpful staff, not clean, not safe, utilities not working, etc. My business trip was pretty much ruined because I could never get a good night sleep.”

• Close to convention center, price reasonable.
• Needs more soundproofing. We hardly slept due to neighbors footsteps, showering, toilet flushing, etc.

• The bed was really comfortable.
• They did not have a Jacuzzi like was noted online.

“The hotel was nice to spend a night at. Of course, you can hear the airplanes going over to the San Jose Airport, but not as loud. Still advise to bring earplugs if a light sleeper. With having runners knee, I really counted on the hotel having a Jacuzzi to do my workout and there wasn't one. You have to hold down the handle on the toilet or otherwise it won't flush completely. The sink plug is unpredictable.”
