“Was asked to leave for checkout by housekeeping, only 5 minutes later, the manager came and asked me to leave! That was an unexpected surprise! I thought it was kind of pushy. Other than that, the stay was great! Very clean and quiet. The previous night clerk was really nice.”

• The hardwood floors added a nice touch and I liked the price.
• The staff was unresponsive, the stairwell smelled like cigarettes. The sheets were ripped.

“I was thrilled to have a stove and full-size refrigerator, but there is nothing to clean the pots and pans with. There are no paper towels or anything you would normally have at home to cook with. I ended up using just the microwave. The sheets were ripped when I got there. The shower drain was clogged. I went to report the problem to the front desk, but no one was there during the hours they were supposed to be. The contact extension they left was only a busy signal. I was there for four days and nothing was fixed. The stairwell wreaked of cigarette smoke. The hallways smelled like a retirement home. Other than the above-mentioned, the room looked great! My experience may have just been a fluke. If you go there be prepared to do some battle with the staff to get what you want. Be persistent.”

• The room and bathroom were clean and spacious.
• No restaurant, lobby or much other than rooms.

“It is good for the price. No frills but you can live there for a week or so. Roomy and clean. All I needed.”

• The manager was very nice.
• Need more than 1 cart for new guests.

“I asked for cart because I had allot of things to bring in. I asked for a cart and I was told that it's being used right now but I will be called when one returns. I waited and waited. I called from my room and it still wasn't in. After an hour I finally broke down and just made the 5 trips back forth from the car.”

• Convenient.
• Clerk promise me to bring an extra pillow to my room on Tues 9/2/08, he never did & at night I ask for it, there are no more pillow.

• I like the mini kitchen set up in the room. It's helpful & convenient.
• There weren't extra pillows which I needed, two nights in a row. The supply of pillows seems so limited!

• Very close to the freeway, it was easy access.
• The sink in the bathroom had a very slow drain, but was fixed when notified. The utensils need to be rechecked for cleanliness.

“Overall it was a great location, very well maintained. Great for the business travelers, as well as long stays for vacationers. First time staying at an Extended stay and I will stay at it again.”

• I liked the fact that it was pretty new and very clean and it had a great strong shower.
• The only thing was that it took a couple of days for me to get extra pillows.

“This extended stay America was the first one that I have stayed in. I was very pleased with this hotel in every way. It was in a quiet area of town. It was very clean, and it is very new and modern. The staff was very friendly and attentive.”

• Caters to long term travelers, not to short term.

• They had a free BBQ for guests with live music and good food.
• Shuttle service was poor and they charged my card 3 times for charges I didn't make.
