• Rooms are large, well appointed and very friendly staff.
• Toilet barely worked and reception featured flat beer and taco chips.

“Overall, it is an excellent embassy suites. Definitely reaching the age where a remodel is needed. Room was great, bathroom was not so great. Rusted fire sprinkler falling out of ceiling, old tub/shower with old shower curtain and finally a toilet that had to be babysat to flush (hold the handle down until it chose to empty the bowl). The breakfast was wonderful. Not a complaint could be made, just wonderful. The evening reception on the other hand, was the biggest joke ever. The reception consists of either flat light beer or some bar liquor concoction from a frazzled bartender and the appetizers are taco chips, goldfish crackers and salsa.”

• This hotel has a wonderful atrium that brings beauty to the inside.
• We used the hide a bed in our room, the cushions on the sofa were well worn and the pullout was uncomfortable.

“This hotel was very convenient. The waterfall was very relaxing but keeping the falls running all night was a distraction during sleep hours.”

• Noise from events echo up to rooms.

• Buffet breakfast.
• Construction hours.

“The hotel was nice. The construction hours need to be adjusted. They started light and heavy noise at 700 AM. The heavy noise should have started after 900 AM. The managers drink hours were great and the breakfast was wonderful.”

• We liked the size of the room.
• We did not like the pool and spa facilities closing (we were unable to use them because of the time limit).

“It was a lovely hotel with ample space in the rooms, it needed more eating options and for the pool/spa to be available for schedules that don't match their hours.”
