  • Clean and convenient
  • The area seems a little questionable, I've seen a lot worse

“I would and will recommend this hotel. I stayed in room 102, it was clean and well stocked. The parking lot is well lit. The front office had a 24 hour attendent that was alert and seems attentive to the surroundings.”

  • I did not get robbed.
  • Bad location, I had young teens with me, the police were banging on doors & searching rooms-scary.

“I would only stay here again if I wanted to buy illegal guns or drugs because that is what seemed to be going on.”

  • Cheap.
  • Lots of activity late at night hard to sleep.

“Neither I or my husband got a good nights sleep because of all the activity between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m.”

  • So dirty, I did not stay, unbelievable.
  • So dirty, I did not stay, unbelievable.

“It was also the dirtiest hotel room I have every seen in my life. Not only would no normal average person even think about staying there, I would not even buy the room for a homeless person. A homeless person would prefer the street over this hotel, as the street is cleaner. I only wished I had a camera, as I could have sold the picks on the internet as the worst hotel It is also in a bad part of town, not safe, lots of drug type people hanging around and men asking me if I wanted a woman. Maybe that is why the desk clerk asked me "how long I needed the room¿ Of course I did not stay there. I also saw a police car parked across the street and I asked the officer where to find a better hotel, and he confirmed that best value inn was unsafe. Of course maybe you can use this type hotel to get more business - on your list of 1 -5 star rating, you could add "short time hotels with ladies waiting.¿ I hope you get the point of this review.”

  • Convenient to shopping/restaurants/movie.
  • Old/shabby/pillows what pillows.

“This hotel is old, shabby, a step below motel 6. The shower was barely lukewarm; the pillows were old, had zero lofts and were generally uncomfortable. People should be paid to stay at this hotel.”

  • Nothing!
  • The hotel room smelled and was drably and unpleasant looking.

“The best value inn in Milpitas was not a very nice hotel. It was old and the room was just unpleasant. I would always recommend trying to get a courtyard or residence inn (Marriott hotels).”

  • Nothing.
  • Very poor cleanliness.

“The hotel is a former motel8 ... The public areas are very run down, the room smelled of very strong toilet cleaner. The coffee maker glass jug was stuck to the machine and was disgusting ... I hope not to get this next time I try pl.”

  • Checkout.
  • Dirty.

“This hotel is located in a bad neighborhood. It is run-down and in very bad condition. It feels like the type of "motel" you see in Hollywood movies where criminals hang out. ”

Cleanliness:[3] • Staff:[2] • Location:[6]

  • Nothing.
  • Dirty stained shop towels for the bathroom, broken bed frame, terrible experience.

“I was severely disappointed This is by far the worst 2-star hotel I've ever stayed out. People were smoking, drinking, and talking on the outdoor hallway leading to the rooms. I sat on the bed to take off my shoes and it was broken. Towels were 1/2 size industrial shop rags (heavily stained). I stay at Hotels 2 nights a week, every week. ”

  • I did not like anything about this hotel!
  • Dirty. Small, linens dirty, toilet malfunction, no clock.

“This was a dump. The linens were not fresh. The wash clothes were not clean. The toilet did not work properly. The room was tiny. There was almost no space to hang clothes. Toilet paper was not placed on the roll after taken off. Lots of ambient noise going on during late night hours. This was the worst place I have stayed at.”
