“Hotel staff was great. They made accommodations for us arriving late night/early morning (2:30AM). They also helped out in calling cabs and local transportation. The quality of rooms was not very good. Bathrooms had recent renovations but the quality of the work was very poor. Tile was misaligned and there was a gap between the bathroom and the bedroom. Free parking was a plus.”

“The hotel is across the street to a shopping center and down the street to fisherman's wharf. I would say it's not a hotel, it's just a better version of a motel.”

“Everything was pretty nice except for the rude front desk clerk when we called for directions to the hotel. The bathroom was smelling. Had to go the nearest drug store for a deodarizer.”

“Upon arrival the associates were very nice an accommodating, but as we pulled into the hotel there were no parking spaces and the little parking spaces there were, were very crammed. Entering our room at first was extremely nice because the fire place set the tone, but through the night I could barely sleep due to the beds being uncomfortable. I woke up with kinks in my neck and a sore back.”

“I and my husband enjoyed our stay. The room was surprisingly great for a 1 star. The room did become warm during the evening and the windows were difficult to open. The bathroom floor had heated tile and a ceiling fan hung over the bed. All and all, we considered the room to be great for the $$ and star rating.”

“Staff was helpful. Beds were clean as well as the bathroom. Thermostats and heaters, as well as dead bolt locks need to be fixed in some rooms. When shower was on or toilet flushed it was extremely loud water sound in our room as and could hear our neighbors when they showered and flushed toilet.”

“We did not enjoy our stay! The room was very small and dingy for the price paid; the maid did not leave enough towels, left a chair on the bed after cleaning, and got into an argument with her boyfriend out in the parking lot. The fan squeaked and rocked above our bed all night; it was just not up to par. We expected much more from the description on the web and for the price we paid per night.”

“I was not impressed with this hotel, we have stayed in less expensive hotels with a much better experience. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, the stairs were old and needed repair, in the room we noticed things like molding coming off, moldy tile, and dingy walls, the continental breakfast had very little to choose from and nowhere to eat it. The thermostat could not be controlled, so it was too warm all night and there were people talking at the base of the stairs around five in the morning! Overall, not the best hotel stay we have ever had, possibly the worst.”

“The rooms were VERY nice and clean. The various visitor guide literatures in the room were very helpful. The room included a coffee maker which was very convenient. I don't know if it was made this was, but the weather was cold during our stay, and the granite bathroom floor (thats right, granite bathroom!) was heated! - Very comfortable. The sheets were beautiful and I would definitely return and recommend this place to others.”

“We called and talked to your representative about a refund on our last day that we didn't stay and gave our 48 hours notice and was told basically too bad.. So would I recommend this service.. Never... All we ask for was a refund of the day we paid for and didn't stay only to be met with a rude representative that basically said too bad no refunds... great way to run a business...”
