• Clean, convenient to attractions we were interested in, and moderately priced.
• Not great toiletries.

• Is within walking distant to many attractions and shops.
• Nothing bad.

“We have been to this hotel 4 times, and every time the rooms have been perfect in every way. Nothing needs to be changed as far as we are concerned.”

• Sub-par service, sometimes rooms not very clean, loud, expensive

“We are frequent visitors to the bay and were loyal patrons of the inn because of the location. Each time there have been minor incidents that we have ignored, but they have become more serious recently: there is a club nearby and people have wandered onto the grounds drunk; once, on the family friendly" level, the couple next door kept us and the neighbors up all night--both of these issues were brought to the attention of the front desk with responses of "there's nothing we can do". Just recently we had some problems with the evening staff and our reservations; later, after leaving Monterey, we found that we were charged for a room/night we never stayed in--we still have yet to receive a resolution in the matter from the company. It is a great location, but save yourself the hassle and stay elsewhere. DO read the BBB report online if your are still considering this location."”

• They do not run an Honest Business. KEEP AWAY

“Before staying at this Hotel pull up a report under the Better Business Bureau and read complaints. This company should not be doing business. If you do decide to stay at this Hotel read your credit card statement very carefully.”

• Ocean view, top notch customer service, clean & close to everything.
• none this place is great for a family getaway

“The front desk clerk is awesome. We liked the fact that you can walk to everything. The place was spotless. Felt comfortable bringing a crawling child back there anytime. Our room when you looked out had a view of ocean.”
