• The location is good.
• They over charged my card two times. The rooms aren't clean, the staff is poorly trained.

“The hotel is in a good location and for the money it's great. The room looks nice but after a closer look you can see it's not really clean and the hallway had trash from the rooms stuffed in the corner. However it's hard to find a place to stay when youre on a fixed income and for the price of thirty three dollars it's not bad.”

• Staff was very unprofessional.

“They gave us our key and the room was still dirty, the staff is extremely unknowledgeable, the vending machines have been empty since we got here, and they attempted to make us check out 4 days early because they lost our reservation. We informed them that we had paid for 4 more days, and they continued to call and knock on our door, knowing that we are day sleepers and worked the night before. They finally found the reservation and said "it was right here the whole time! the staff is rude and very unprofessional. The hotel is nice and clean and in a good location.”

• The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They gave good restaurant recommendations. The kitchen was great. Room layout was comfortable.
• The room view was the gate to the swimming pool.

“The room layout was the best. The kitchenette had a full-size refrigerator/freezer and a dishwasher. There was a big desk with internet hookup. A comfortable sofa and coffee table were also in the room with a swivel TV so you could watch from either the bed or sofa. I always worry about noise and getting sleep in a hotel, but I was able to turn off the A/C and the room stayed cool all night. Most of the guests were adults or families. No noisy teenagers or partying that I was aware of.”

• For a short stay, I found exactly what I needed in the room.
• Since there were people staying for long time, the smell of ethnic cooking on all floors day and night was bad.

• Nicely appointed room. Mirrored closed doors--easy to find mirrors customer service at front desk. Location to business show.
• It lacked in cleanliness. No continental buffest.

“Our business stay was most pleasant--very convenient. While the front desk was not usually staffed after midnight, they kept it open until we arrived very late. It is in a quiet business park that is very nicely landscaped. It advertised a continental breakfast, but staff said they ran out of food. Some apples and coffee. Monday there were bagels. A little space. There could be more attention to the details taking out the trash in the hallways, mold around tub, spots on carpet, from traffic patterns. Still a good value and very pleasant! You will enjoy yourself.”

• Cooking facilities.
• Sofa-bed had broken frame.

“Good for our family of two adults and an 8 year old, because all rooms have a fold-out sofa bed (although the frame was broken on the one in our room). The studio kitchen includes cooking utensils, which we will make use of the next time we stay. Staff was friendly and helpful and was able to give us our requested room configuration (queen bed/non smoking). Overall, a fine room for an economy price.”

• Thermostat didn't work. Cold all night.

“Appears to be nice hotel but the room I was in the heater didn't work. Also the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Supposedly they'll compensate but I haven't been able to contact the manager.”

• The location was great for work and shopping.
• The room looked clean but smelled unclean.

“The hotel is in a great location with restaurants that you could walk to. The stone ridge mall is maybe a three min drive, so that was good. When you first step into the room it looks very nice. The bed is high off the ground with five nice size pillows. But I don't think they washed that bed spread in quite a while, it smelled badly. Also I think the two pillow cases smelled bad too. Other than that it was a nice room bigger than most with a DVD and video player in the room. I wouldn't take kids there do to the hotel having lots of night workers who love to yell that you closed your door too loudly. But for the money it a nice place to stay for a short time.”
