• The pool was conveniently located. We didn't use it because it was too cold out.
• The location was NOT easy to get into or out of the first time.

“The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a little skimpy, but two of us were able to find something to eat. My daughter, who is vegan, could not.Good hotel for business travel.”

• Location.

“As far as locations to the Tri valley , this is central,almost at the 580/680 interchange. For a place to stay the night, it was ok. With the family, the pool is filthy, the bathroom is poorly constructed, and the highway noise kept us awake all night.”

“They have redone the rooms, and they did a very nice job on them. Nice room, nice staff. There is freeway noise, ask for a room on the back side, a little less noise. Mexican restaurant next door, has great food, and lots of it -- within walking distance lots of different food choices.”

• The place was convenient because it was close to the freeway and shops.
• It was not as I expected, but then it is a 2 star hotel so the hotel ambience is okay.

“I didn't really expect much of the place but surely location was alright. I did have a little hard time finding the parking place for it was within a commercial area, meaning the entrance was not really visible, especially at night. Cleanliness wise, it was okay, though the room I asked for was a non smoking but it did still smell as if smoking was permitted. The room needed repainting interior and well as exterior wise. It seems it's well kept but maybe needs remodeling.”

• The refrigerator and microwave.
• Maid can open the door even with deadbolt on and at 9am.

“Found out that the locks on the doors can be open with the maid key. Was sleep and she walking in on me? Now if the night latch was not on she would have been in the room with me .and this happen more then one time. What is the deadbolt for nothing?”

• Clean, friendly and a great location
• Next to the freeway!

“The staff was great, was greeted by the general manager! I really liked the breakfast area including complimentary internet access. Overall it was a great experience, and I would book at the Pleasanton best western again!”

• Put us next to elevator, and was noisy

“We have stayed here before, and will again, but are not luxurious in any way. Just cheaper than the others in area. It was clean and convenient to what we needed at the time.”

• Very friendly staff.
• Our door lock seemed to be broken.

“Great location, close to freeway and local business. But depending on the room location, there's a good deal of freeway noise. Overall, though, this is a good place to spend the night when you're just looking for a decent night's sleep.”

• Noisy, next to freeway. Had drunks yelling outside of room at 1:00 am.
