• it had a jacuzzi in the room.
• No complimentary breakfast.

“The hotel was great for the one night we stayed there. I traveled with my husband and two children. We had a flight early the next morning and the hotel was really close to the airport.”

“This hotel was adequate for my business trip, I did not expect much more than what I received. The staff were satisfactory but the business centre was not sufficient and the internet did not work.”

• I like the location.
• The carpets were dirty, tub mat extremely moldy, the linens and towels were thin and shabby.

“I was very unhappy with my stay. The rooms were not very clean, linens and towels were thin and shabby and the carpets were dirty. I checked out early because I couldn't even get internet access in my room nor could my neighbor. I am a business traveler and need to work. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I have stayed in low budget motels before and they are in the same league.”

• Close to the freeway and downtown entertainment.
• Landscape needs significant improvement, inside really quite nice.

“The inside of the units needs some updating. Lobby was really nice as were the staff. Really convenient for freeway access and downtown entertainment. Outside needs some serious landscape attention and clean up around the facility, fresh coat of paint and a color scheme that looks attractive.”

• Easy to find. relatively clean.
• Too loud.

“The loudest hotel rooms I have ever had the misfortune of being in. The water to the toilets were going off all night and not in my room. I should not be able to hear other people's toilets going off. That is just unacceptable.”
