“It was very nice hotel, there was a wedding reception being held in a banquet room which should describe how nice the hotel was. We definitely got an excellent hotel for the price we got it for! Loved the down comforters on the bed.”

“This hotel is a little dated, but functional. Hotel desk staff was courteous. During our stay, there were several parties in progress (wedding reception and birthdays). These groups created a lot of chaos including yelling and door slamming until 1am on the 5th floor where we were staying. Despite a call to the desk, hotel staff did little to encourage the revelers to quiet down. After such a short night's sleep, we were happy to head for home.”

“At check in, we had problems getting a king room, we were told it would be an additional charge. I complained, they gave it to us free, and then sent us to the wrong room number. After 3 times in the lobby, we finally got settled in. The bed was very comfy, but the rest of the room was shabby looking, worn chairs and desk, and the shower drained very slowly. Had a nice coffee maker though!”

“The place is more suited for business travelers. Moderate for family. Not kid friendly. TV channel selection poor. Founds stains on ceiling of the room. Bathrooms are very cramped. For the name of Hilton brand room quality is so. Internet Access is not free. $10/day. If traveling with kids, not a place I would recommend. The new Marriott very nearby (opposite Pleasanton mall) is far better.”

“The outside and lobby of the hotel were very nice. It seemed very classy and worth the 3.5 star rating. However, in the room it was very different. The carpet was dirty, the furniture and old and dingy. The TV was old, and there was dust on the shelf all around it. Pieces of the wall paper were falling off. The closet door did not open or close. The screen door on the patio was no connected so flies got in. It was not at all what we expected.”

“Easy parking, nicely decorated for the holidays, pleasant and conversant hotel staff. Clean and convenient, very comfortable bed and bedding. Disappointed in the quality of the TV and channel selection. We were there as an overnight getaway from home -- just an hour from where we live. Would stay there again but would ask for a room away from the freeway and if the TV was in poor condition would ask for it to be repaired/replaced.”

“Staff did not seem pleased with our patronage, being curt and non-attentive. The room was nice looking and relatively large. But upon visiting the bathroom the sink bowl had been broken into 3 pieces and the poorly glued back together. The bed was not very comfortable for a supposedly upscale hotel. In addition the bed was placed such that the sleepers needed to adjust the covers every time the air conditioner cycled between still warm air and strong cold winds.”

“We have stayed at this hotel before and enjoyed the comfort and quiet of the Hilton's room. This time we received a room that was large but attached to another room with an uninsulated door. At 11pm we were woken up to clearly hear their door slamming and conversations of three or four women for about an hour. Our stay was noisy, light came through under that door, and there was a feeling of little privacy. This stay was disappointing because we had to be up the next morning by 5 am.”

“The hotel is very nice and well located to freeways. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We like the one day membership in club sport that is included. This is our second time and we will return again.”

“Although this hotel is more for travelers, rather than a romantic getaway, it was very nice. Good food in the restaurant-crab cakes and clam chowder exceptional. Prior to unloading your luggage, be certain the room you've been placed in suits your needs. If not, request to be moved. The lobby staff was very helpful/accommodating in relocating to a different room.”
