“It was very economical for a 3 star hotel compared to Hampton, and Holiday Inn. Staff went out of their way to help with directions to facilities providing directions and maps on how to use public light rail and buses to get around.”

“We stayed at this hotel after checking out of a hotel. We were pleased and were even happier when we checked in. The room was clean, modern and accommodating. The only bad thing was that there wasn't a refrigerator to store my mom's insulin and there weren't many outlets to plug our cell phones and laptop. Overall, I'd recommend this place for business travelers and those wanting to stay near but not too close to downtown.”

“The hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Rooms are nicely decorated. But new higher quality beds are needed. If I slept more comfortable I may not have noticed how easily noise travels through the walls of other guest waking early and moving about there rooms. And the staff was vacuuming the halls before 8:00 AM.”

“The airport shuttle is quick and free. I was the last one at the shuttle stop, but the first one picked up. Had breakfast in the restaurant and it was delish. The staff was very helpful. The neighborhood isn't the nicest, but the light rail train is right outside the hotel door.”

“Although the location was good and the Restaurant was above average, the lack of cleanliness makes it difficult for me to recommend this hotel. Our bathroom had mold even on the ceiling, and our towels on 3 different days came dirty!”

“First of all the hotel is definitely not a 3 star nor a 2 1/2 star. It's more like a 1 - 1 1/2 if that. The room had hair in the bath tub and on the toilet seat. On top of that I woke up with at least 20 flea bites in the morning. The hotel has an extreme amount of deferred maintenance from carpeting, bathroom caulking, outdated TV, paint and decor. Rooms are dingy and unsanitary. I would have nothing nice to say about that hotel except that the management staff in the morning wanted to call a doc. to examine my flea bites - that was somewhat accommodating. It was an overall disgusting dirty experience! Would never recommend it!”

“Very nice hotel. My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised at the level of this hotel in comparison to the price. The hotel and grounds are well maintained, the room was nice, the people friendly. We had lunch at their on-site restaurant on our departure day (were only stayed one night), and the food was excellent.”

“For a simple and acceptable hotel stay, I would recommend this hotel. It is quaint, yet welcoming. The beds are comfortable and the accommodations are up to par. It is not, however, luxury in the least. Travelers expecting anything more than a nice bed in which to sleep as well as a room to store personal belongings (while exploring the sites in slightly far-away San Francisco) will be satiated. It did not exceed nor fall short of my expectations. Three stars for that reason.”

“Except for the rotten charge on Way port, $10 bucks, this was a great hotel. But with airlines killing you these days and everything more expensive to pay ten bucks for internet. I was ok with everything else but not the ten bucks hence the poor score! Give the consumer a break, at least on the internet. Sure make some money but not ten bucks, come on!”
