• Nice room design with foldout couch bed.
• Continental breakfast not very continental.

“Overall a very good hotel, though not necessarily two stars. The room was nice, though the facilities at the hotel were disappointing. The business center did not have internet access and the free continental breakfast was pathetic. The main course was mostly green eggs and overcooked sausages. So on those fronts, a letdown. If a hotel is rated two stars, I expect better. I've certainly stayed at worse hotels, but this hotel should be rated with one star.”

• Even though we didn't use it due to time limitation, having a microwave oven in the room is desirable.
• Bed was on the soft side and a little lumpy.

• The location is great because is located close to downtown of the city and other beautiful places.
• The room was very duty including the carpet, the bed and blankets are not comfortable to sleep.

“The hotel has good location and is cheaper, but the staff are very irresponsible, I was waiting more that 30 minutes to get my room because the rooms were duty even thought I try to check in at 3pm, the room, carpet, bed and blankets were duties.”

• Excel location to pub Trans. Adequate Breakfast and supper.
• No local newspaper vending machine.

“This hotel delivers more amenities than other Extended Stay Deluxe, Full Breakfast, Light Supper and Shuttle Services. Rooms are slightly smaller than other Extended Stay Deluxe. Furniture is functionally arranged.”

• The room was clean and spacious.
• The staff did not answer the telephone to help with directions. They were unfriendly at check-in.

• It was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen.
• I found a pair of women¿s underwear (thongs) underneath the bed.

“Everything was good except for the panties. Had I not been in the room with my boyfriend the whole time and found the panties in another situation I may have mistakenly accused my boyfriend of cheating on me. I could not believe there was a pair of used panties just beneath the bed. It was the first thing I saw when I entered the room.”

• I wish I lived in this hotel.
• Maid servos I sent every day but that¿s normal inexistence stay.

• Very clean and friendly employees.
• They need to inform their guests on what is going on has if time for breakfast, dinner, where the vending, weight room, time, open close.

“Very clean and quiet hotel didn't know where anything was if the hotel had a weight room vending area if the hotel served complementary breakfast, dinner etc. But over all great hotel, but was lost.”

• Rooms very, nice.
• Staff did not have clue about area dining etc.

“Staff did not have a clue about area for dining, shopping, when I called down to office ask why I did not get call "they do not do calls for Taxis, and no info about calling for my taxi." Asked why they did not tell me when I asked. "We have new people that don't know Missed my flight. Not happy.”

• Very quiet and clean. Nicely decorated. Convenient to airport.
• Though I was told staff would be available at 5am, there was no one there to help with a taxi.

“The hotel is nice. Then I was double charged on my credit card. It took me over 30 minutes to check in. And then I had to make 4 calls over a two day period to resolve the issue after my stay. I was on the phone at least 30 more minutes with the hotel and my credit card company in connection with this one stay.”

“I got here for business reasons and I appreciate numerous things: it's i) close to the SJC airport, ii) close to my business partners, iii) close to shops (grocery store, FRY's, ...), iv) I got my own kitchen (very important for a french guy), v) it's very clean, vi) staff is very friendly, v) wired internet connection is available for 20$ a week (or 7$ a day).

I definitely enjoy my stay here.”
