• Nothing at all.
• Everything the maids absolutely cant clean or disinfect.

“I was extremely! Disappointed I actually thought cockroaches were going to come out at night. So we left the light on. I always bring my own pillows with me and when I got home I had to wash them because they smelt so bad! We all smelt so bad I can guarantee they don't change the covers ever. I can still smell the dirty grossness. It was the worst Motel I've stayed in in over twenty five years.”

• Closer to my destination.
• Not recommended. I have to file complaint to their corporate office.

“Not recommended. Here's my story. I have early flight at 6:00 a.m. so I have to check out early. Clerk didn't let me go in the lobby to check out. Clerk opened the door just a little room enough to reach for my key. He didn't give me my receipt. It was so cold outside, probably 40-50 degrees. I called them Monday and a lady said "sorry about that. I'll give you 20% reimbursement and we will let go of this clerk" I even risk my life waiting for my taxi to come and pick me up. I was in room 208, second floor. No elevator. My luggage was heavy. I have to drag it quietly so people won't be disturbed in their sleep early in the morning. My cab supposed to pick me up at 5 a.m. I was in front of the lobby, (outside the lobby) when a young black man came riding a bicycle wearing dirty sweat shirt with hood, was wearing pair of socks only, with no shoes. The clerk talked to him but I stayed where the clerk can see me just in case something will happen. I called my husband in Iowa and was telling him what was going on and the young man left but I was ready to defend myself. Then, my cab came and the clerk opened the door just enough for him to reach the key from my hand. I need help with this.”
