• Excellent location, very quiet, very clean, very spacious room.
• Shower/toilet combo could be slightly bigger, the expensive rooms offer plenty of space to trade-off.

“Checking in was a breeze with the kiosk, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even got me a better room than the kiosk assigned. The room was very spacious, very clean, nicely appointed, lots of mirror space. I will definitely be staying there again!”

• Great bed. Great TV. 24 hour food available. Good free breakfast but hot meal can be purchased.
• Air conditioner in the window - no wall controls.

“Hyatt Hotels have taken over the old Amerisuites and turned them into stylish and practical hotels for the business traveler. Great TV, great bed, great sofa. The free breakfast is more than adequate but a nice hot breakfast can be purchased if desired. My only complaint is that the air conditioner is in the window providing little control of temperature. Often they can load clicking on and off. However, this one was quiet.”

“I was checked into a room that was occupied. The desk clerk did not seem that it was a big deal. It makes me wonder about how secure I am at that hotel.”

“This hotel is very comfortable and conveniently located around the area. I travel to and work in every week. Very clean staff and the rooms are spacious for the money I spent. I will continue to stay there.”

• Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Walking distance to eating, movies, and shopping.
• Lobby was cramped.

“This was a very good experience for the price! We really enjoyed the large room and flat screen TV. Very clean rooms, as well as all the facilities. Friendly staff. No hassles, just an enjoyable evening - sometimes that can be hard to come by. Very comfortable bed!”

“The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was near a shopping plaza with tons of restaurants and also the hotel was near the freeway. Overall love my stay and definitely would go there again.”

• Clean, great location, safe. Great access to FWY and Bart.
• Breakfast was a little slow, when bringing out new items. Some of it was still cold not cooked well.

“This hotel is in a great location for visiting in that area or you dont want to drive and spend the extra for a hotel and parking in SF. Just down the block is the Bart station which is a great deal. And easy access to the FWY and the shopping is in the same area! The room was big and clean and quite for a good night sleeps. Well stay there again for a weekend trip into the city!”

• Accommodations were clean and spacious.
• The breakfast buffet was out of coffee one morning and out of fruit and rolls.

“The accommodations were quite comfortable and the room clean - thought the breakfast buffet could have been monitored better with refills on items that were gone, i.e. no coffee one morning - also no eggs or rolls.”

• Liked the room room/suite set up and amenities provided for the price.
• Parking was minimal, had to watch for empty space - adjacent to shop center.

“Overall it was a good experience, front desk people friendly and accommodating. This was just a stop over on our trip, visiting friends nearby so the price was acceptable for just a sleepover place compared to other nearby hotels. We would stay there again and try another amerisuite elsewhere in future travels.”

• No soap dish, no hot tub.

“Room felt like my old dorm. Clean and quiet, great for an extended stay. Not a large room though and not a romantics spot. Over a good place.”
