• Evening wine and food.
• Update for furniture.

“My husband and I loved it. The location to beach, great muni golf course on block, 57.00 to play pebble beach jr. 9 holes on water. Wine reception every afternoon was a mini buffet high end great service from the hostess. Made to order b-fast excellent eggs, fruit and juices. Very large rooms and pretty grounds. We plan to return next year.”

• The room was surprisingly large and the bedding was very comfortable.
• The dead bolt/door locks did not work, shower was old and broken.

“For the most part, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very nice, and quite comfortable. However, the dead bolt didn't work and the door knob lock didn't work. We just used the latch lock since the hotel was completely booked.”

• Very cozy and beautiful ocean location.
• Rooms were recently repainted and still had paint smell.

“Lighthouse lodge was nice. They even provided a full breakfast with eggs, and also a bbq dinner every night, both free of charge. The staff seemed friendly, although one of them gave us a restaurant recommendation that didn't turn out to be great. I would definitely stay there again though. The location is fantastic - right on the ocean next to some great walking and running paths.”

• Homey, served breakfast & supper BBQ.
• Room a bit small and no bath tub.

“Parking was difficult as it was all full, would stay again if it had a bath tub.”

• The breakfast service was wonderful.
• The fridge decided to make a horrible noise about 5 minutes after arrival forcing us to turn it off. The microwave was ancient.

“I liked the location and the staff. The room was ok but the fridge was terrible. It wouldn't close and it make the loudest noise I've ever heard from an appliance. The microwave was so old we feared using it. The bathroom fan was loud but didn't seem to have any other purpose. The TV was nice and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't call the room romantic since the entire side our room was on faced a cemetery.”
