• I was very excited when I opened the door and saw what I saw. It was just great!
• There is not nothing bad that I can say.

“Overall this was a nice place to stay. I felt safe and was very at home. The breakfast spread in the morning was so unbelievable had everything you could ask for. From the coffee to the Oatmeal!”

• Comfortable bed, nice room.
• Kids were running making loud noises on the floor above me and I could not get sleep, TV did not have cable only a few stations.

“Not a quiet hotel, kids were noisy and not controlled. TV only had a few local channels, no cable. I won't go back.”

• The room and furnishings were very nice.

• The room was very contemporary attractive which
  I liked and their complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide selection.
• The only thing
  I didn't like was the hash browns. They seemed undercooked/stale.

“I expected Residence Inn to be as satisfactory as
I thought it would be. As for my partner, he was surprised how everything was. It was his first stay at a Residence Inn and was impressed by the rooms, staff, and amenities. We both agreed we plan to stay at Residence Inns when we travel.”

• The room felt like a little apartment, and I didn't feel like I was at a hotel.
• Nothing.

“The staff was incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet was above average. One of the best places I have stayed.”

• The room was incredibly comfortable and spotless.
• Can't complain about anything, even extended our stay by one night!

“Our room was beautiful with a pivoting flat screen, comfortable couches, and granite in the kitchen and bathroom. It was a great trip and we will be staying again.”

• Quiet, relaxing and very comfortable.
• Unfortunately, my girlfriend lost her earrings in the room, could not find afterwards.

• No full length mirror in the room.

“Good location and pool. Breakfasts available with good selection. Room seemed large and had refrigerator. No full length mirror in room. Decor nicely appointed.”

• Room was miles away from lobby.

“This place is a dive. Room was miles from the lobby. No internet cable in rooms. No ice on floors. No vending on floors. We had to go back to the desk and get ice and an internet cable. I would never pay to stay at that or any other chain of these hotel.”

“Even though Residence Inn has a no smoking policy on the premises, there is a smoking area right next to the pool and although no smoking signs are posted inside the pool area, guests were constantly smoking poolside and even outside the exit doors.”

• The fully stocked kitchen and free internet.
• Having to go down to the lobby to get things from the desk.

“The hotel is very comfortable. The staff was nice and the hotel breakfast was great! There are lots of great restaurants and shopping centers within 5 minutes of this hotel.”

• Beautiful, spacious, newly remodeled rooms with full kitchen and complete utensils/plates.
• New paint smell was still quite strong in the rooms. Breakfast was OK.

“Excellent rooms - spacious, nice bed, large LCD TV (but no HD channels), full kitchen with provided plates/utensils, etc. The only negative point was the newly remodeled room still has new paint smell that needs to be aired out. Staff was efficient and courteous. Breakfast was ok (needs more than one waffle maker the line for it got long quickly), but coffee was good with different selections from Seattle's Best. Overall a good hotel to stay and recommended for business or leisure.”

• Closeness to Freeway I 580.
• Broken dishwasher.

“Stay here because we did not want to drive a total of eight hours to return home. Residence Inn was a perfect break on our return trip home from LA, and a good value.”
