“There was no remote in the room and the desk staff wouldn't bring one. Instead they sent me to another room to take a remote. The heat would not work in the room and it was freezing. The staff apologized but offered no fix for this. A very disappointing stay.”

• There was a kitchen in the room with all the necessities.
• Bad location and small lobby.

“The room was very spacious, like a studio. It advertised that there was a Jacuzzi in the room, which there was, but it was old and some parts were rusty. I didn't want to take a bath.”

• I love the bed it was so soft.
• The people upstairs jumping up in down late at night.

“I enjoyed this hotel other than the people upstairs jumping above me and walking back and forth throughout the night. This was a pleasant hotel and it was in a great location.”

• Noisy children roamed halls.
