• Very beautiful arrangement of rooms, liked the living area in the room.
• Close to the highway and moderate noise level.

“I liked that this hotel had rooms available at very affordable rates. The room was clean, very nicely decorated and arranged. Basically we were offered a high quality room for a pretty affordable price. Thank you, Hyatt!”

• The hotel is very family friendly.

“The hotel was very clean with a good breakfast and it was nice to get Starbucks special coffee there. It also had a great flat screen TV and free WiFi in the hotel room and two free computers downstairs.”

• Big inviting rooms, huge TVs, professional & friendly staff, super comfy beds.
• Small bathrooms, not full bar.

“This is my 3rd time at this hotel through Priceline & I just LOVE this place. For the price, it's unbelievable! This hotel is the best kept secret in the northern Silicon Valley area!”

• I specifically liked the design and layout of the room.
• Connecting door to next door caused noise from kids to bleed through.

• It has a nice modern look.
• The rooms were very small.

• Access to the hotel from the highway is difficult.

“I'm not sure why this hotel isn't rated at 3 stars but I would take it anytime I can. The 42' plasma TV is great. I hope to win this hotel all the time.”

• The price was more than reasonable for the facility.
• It was not centrally located.

“I travel for a living and this hotel is by far the best I have stayed in. The staff actually greeted me at the door and then gave me a tour of the facilities. Wow! Talk about guest service. The room was very clean and very big. I normally wouldn't bother with a questionnaire, but this hotel was that great, that it deserves to be applauded. I will stay there if I am with in 40 miles of the area, it will be worth the drive.”
