“The hotel staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. They were responsive to our requests, and they were respectful of the provided do not disturb sign. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was wonderful. The bathroom did not have a fan, but the tub was great, the curved shower curtain made it feel less cramped than other places. This is the third La Quinta I've stayed at, and all have been wonderful.”

“I loved the hotel rooms, not exactly for a romantic setting, not to sure be there on a romantic get away. Front desk was very helpful, was not rude at all. We got two rooms they were very clean, had no problem there, I didnt get my two rooms side by side, but thats okay, we did reserve our rooms late. I did not like the maid knocking at my door at 1030 in the morning and telling me it was check out time and I still had another hour and half to get ready pack up and leave, that was my only problem I had. Very quiet, complimentary breakfast was awesome! Overall I had a wonderful stay! Was there to celebrate something special and had a fantastic time! Thank you!”

“Nice enough to rate 2.5 stars, but my experience was disappointing. Someone else's pubic hair in the bath soap dish. Missing coffee items. Internet didn't work (painfully slow connection) one of the two days. Got there early and they still put me on the noisy side. Generally I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.”

“The location is fine, by the freeway, but where by the freeway is at question here. It is quite hidden and difficult to find at first. Got lost a couple times.”

“This hotel is nice and comfort for travelers. The room and bathroom are so large. The complimentary breakfast is good, especially waffle. :) Its a good 2 star hotel enough to stay a few nights. Don't expect the gorgeous luxury hotel.”

“When I went downstairs I noticed that there was a meeting on posture - probably for physical therapy - I always can use good posture. It was pretty clean this time. Last time I got a room on the first floor and this time its the 4th which was such a better room and experience.”

“The power went out on the wall surge protector and ruined what I was writing on my laptop because I lost power. No other plug was close enough to reach the internet connection and plug in the wall for power. It never did come back on.”

“The room did not have a kitchen, but of course I did not request for a kitchen. I would have liked to have 1 king size bed instead of 2 double beds, so the extra room for the extra bed was not useful for me in this particular situation. The toilet flush was so loud and kind of stuck when flushing the toilet, kind of annoying at times during the middle of the night. I was too embarrassed to let the manager know since I already asked for a wash cloth. They must think I'm picky. So all in all it was fine to stay for a short time period.”

“Free breakfast is nice, however the coffee machine was broken. I checked in for a two night stay. On my second night upon return, my cardkey would not work, my room had not been serviced.”

“When we first went to the reception to check-in, there was nobody there. We stood waiting for a few minutes, then tried shouting "hello" to see if there was anyone at the back. Several minutes later, the receptionist appeared. She was apologetic, saying that she was in the bathroom. That was fine. She was friendly and even remembered that we had called the day before to confirm our appointment. She gave us a room, non-smoking and not facing the freeway. She checked us in quickly and professionally. The room itself was clean, just a few scuffs here and there. The room was also quiet which is great. The bed is quiet hard and not very comfortable. We could hear the housekeepers talking or laughing quite loudly now and then from our room. We requested extra pillows the next night and the front-desk told us that we'd have to go downstairs to get them because she was the only one on duty. We went downstairs about 45 minutes later and again, there was no one standing at the front-desk. We tried to shout "hello" but nobody heard us. We had to go outside and tried to get someone's attention by knocking on the window. We checked in on Saturday afternoon and Saturday night the elevator was not working. It was still not working when we left on Monday morning. The breakfast was sufficient. On Monday morning, we were there and one of the guests arrived late to the breakfast at 9am. He was getting the food and the employee started to remove the breakfast items. We know that breakfast ends at 9am on Monday but if the guest was already there, we felt that the employee should have just let him take all that he needed before removing the items. We also heard her say "Breakfast ends at 9am!" to the guest. Her tone and facial expression was not friendly at all. Finally, she was quite loud when speaking to the front-desk person in charge. All the guests at breakfast heard her conversation.”

“Basic one star hotel. Would not consider a two star. Would have liked a first floor due to disability of my husband. Were able to accommodate our request for a nonsmoking room. Beds are adequate neither really comfortable nor really uncomfortable, not enough towels (only one per guest and I wash my hair) not enough soap. One travel sized bar. Shower head should be removable, too high for short people. Breakfast was acceptable, waffles, toast and orange juice. Only fruit were apples past their prime. Staff was very helpful and friendly.”
