• The hotel was located in an industrial area which was good and it was very peaceful.
• It was away from the city.

“This hotel was an excellent place to stay and it was very calm.The staff was friendly, I had to print some documents urgently and the staff was very quick and prompt to provide me the service I wanted.”

“This hotel is ok, located in quiet corner by 880 in Fremont. The price is also ok. I was having hard time sleeping and almost falling off my bed many times since I had to share a bed with my partner.”

• Decor is slightly jaded and certain hallways smelled of curry.

• Used rubber packets all over the room, smelled of cleaning solutions.

“Just a room, no housekeeping over 3 days, used rubber packets all over the room. It would make a nice skid row motel. No pool, nothing around the place, a real dump. Should be a no star.”

• From the beginning of my stay until the end, the staff was exceptional.

• Good value.
• Public facilities like the laundry room can be cleaner. Trash rooms were left open and stunk up the hallway.

“The fire alarm went off twice during our stay. Nobody else seemed to be alarmed as everyone stayed in their rooms versus gathering outside. Other than that, our stay was comfortable. We were also upgraded so that was a great plus.”

• I liked the little kitchen, it was convenient.
• They had a bad selection of cable television.

“I liked the setup of the hotel room, it was really comfortable. I don't think I would like the 7 day room service if I had more people staying with me.”

• Two of the Front Desk employees were helpful.
• The bathroom was filthy. There was no hot water on the last day.

• Staff was responsive and tried to help with towels and accessories.
• The air conditioning/heating unit smelled. The filter needs to be changed more frequently. I'm allergic to what gets trapped in such filters.

“This is a convenient hotel to the freeway. Generally, pleasant staff, but the amenities are starting to look and feel dated.”

• The rooms were not clean; did not smell clean.

“At check in was assigned a room, walked in the room and it was not clean. Informed the front desk and was told the room could not be cleaned until the next day and there were not any more rooms available. After speaking with the manager, I was assigned a room which was supposedly clean. Stains all over the carpet; microwave had food stains in it; cabinets dirty with food stains and who knows what else. I had to go to the nearest Wal-Mart to get cleaning supplies to clean the room to make my stay comfortable.”

“Had problem with bed bugs biting and left me in welts the next morning. Told hotel staff and they moved me to another room. Also fork and knife still had food residue on them.”
