• Having a kitchen and frig. and having meals included too.
• Only access to bathroom was through bedroom.

“It was better than I expected. Most hotel employees were kind and helpful. Hotel was clean and quiet. And having meals included was a great surprise!”

• Big rooms with full kitchen
• Staff did not seem well trained

• Upgraded us when early check-in room not ready.
• Not much green belt and dining area small.

“We stayed only one night at this hotel. The bed was comfortable but the pull out sofa bed was not as good. The room was very clean, as was the hotel. The staff was quite pleasant and when our early check-in room was not available, the staff upgraded us to a one bedroom without extra charge and without hesitation. The price was great. I would stay here again.”

• The staff was ery friendly, breakfast was great.
• Beds were not terribly comfortable. Couches uncomfortable and TV in an odd place
  couldn't see it from living room area without turning it.

“Very good. Very easy access to Outlets and freeway. Staff was wonderful. Liked layout of room and room amenities. Beds a little hard, but linens clean and fresh. Living room layout awkward for watching TV, but nice to have it separated from sleeping area. We did not have time to take advantage of the indoor pool/spa, but it was nice. I would stay here again with my family.”

• Great service, excellent rooms, price!
• Pets are allowed and those rooms are not kept just for Pets, it's random assignment, but the rooms are cleaned, but for my allergies, that's not enough.

• Cleanliness and size of the room.
• Patio area was close to our room and noisy at night. I had to complain to front office staff.

“Nice, clean hotel with good amenities. They need to have the patio area away from sleeping rooms. People had loud music playing and we had to complain about it to get it quieter.”

• located in a mall back parking lot behind a gas station

• Everyone was very pleasant. The breakfast and dinners were a positve plus for families.
