• Great layout. The mattress was the best I've slept on in any hotel. Excellent location. Several restaurants within a short walk.

“This is my favorite hotel in the Bay Area. The hotel staff as well as the staff of local businesses were very helpful, friendly, courteous and kind. I travel here about 4 to 5 times a year and find that unfortunately, this seems to be an anomaly in the Bay Area.”

• No free stuff at all.

• Outdoor pool and whirlpool.
• Very dirty-layers of dirt residue-smells like -dirty pets/bed hurt my back.

“This place needs a major cleaning overhaul and some new beds. Pubic hair and dirt stuck to the walls and floors, pet urine smell and excrement stains on carpet--a very disgusting experience! Didn't like being stuck there!”

• Full kitchen along with free full breakfast can't be beat.
• High speed internet was broken in my room (and building).

“Great hotel for business and/or casual stay if high speed internet is not broken. Good full breakfast and evening reception add a good value to your stay. We enjoyed real fireplace with complementary fire log! Full kitchen and full size refrigerator are also great.”

• It had a kitchenette and free breakfast in the morning.
• Nothing.

“This hotel far exceeded my expectations. It was well-located, there were numerous stores and restaurants within close proximity, and the amenities were great. I would highly recommend the Residence Inn to others.”

• I enjoyed a very nice hotel at an economy price.
• It exceeded my expectations, there was nothing I did not like.

“There were many comforts and extra amenities included, that made this hotel stand out. My stay was too short to enjoy all of the benefits of this wondeful facility. It had the best enhanced continental breakfast I have experienced in the USA. I really enjoyed this hotel and location! The staff also was most helpful.”

• Very nice hotel! Superb value for the price I paid.
• Not enough parking.

“This is a great hotel in a great location. All rooms include a little kitchenette area. All rooms have free Internet access included. The only downside I observed is insufficient parking when the hotel is full. A great value at the price I paid.”

• No separation between bedroom and bathroom. A studio.

• The hotel had kitchen facilities which I needed badly.
• Once I requested my room to get cleaned later and staff contacted the office. Didn't understand why?

“The location is outstanding, the morning breakfast was great as well as the evening events. I enjoy staying at Embassy Suites but this hotel made me really comfortable. I hope to return soon. ”
