  • $10.00 per night parking. No free parking.

“Would not stay again, surprised at parking fee and was not told about until check out.”

  • Clean, comfortable and modern.
  • Had to pay extra to park my car, no breakfast provided.

“This is a very upscale hotel in a nice environment. A large shopping center is nearby within walking distance offering restaurants, all purpose shopping(Target), entertainment, and specialty shops”

  • Service of promptness for food at the restaurant.

  • The room was more than we expected, beautiful, and clean.

“The hotel and room were clean, the staff was friendly, excellent all around. Trips to Oakland & San Francisco were easily made. Our view of the pool from out balcony was great. An overall great experience.”

  • The grounds of the hotel were gorgeous. Very well maintained.
  • The restaurant was only open for breakfast. All other meals served in the bar.

“The hotel was hidden away from the hustle and bustle among beautiful landscape and trees in a quiet area, yet right behind a shopping center. It is conveniently located and very well maintained.”

  • Smelled good and quiet.
  • $10 day for parking. Unreasonable.

“I stayed here because friends cancelled their plans and didn't stay there. I treated it as a mini-vacation and enjoyed the experience.”

  • Clean room - close to meeting place
  • A lot of noise from the neighboring rooms and hall way.

“This is a nice hotel right in San Ramon. It is older but well kept. The room is nice and the bed is comfortable. There is a $12.99 charge for Internet and $10.00 charge per day for parking. I thought the parking charge was out of line due to the fact the other hotels in the area don't charge. Internet connection fee of 12.99 per night added $72.00 to my bill.”

  • Not much.
  • They charge $10/day to park your car in an open lot.

“Charging $10/day to park in their lot, when there are no other business, nor lack of space is ridiculous. I will chose another hotel nearby in the future.”

  • The staff was fantastic.
  • Charge for parking.

“Great staff, great location and
very nice room.”

  • The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.
  • I had to pay for parking.

“The hotel was very nice and centrally located. It was right off the freeway and close to restaurants and shopping close by. The gym was outstanding, originally I was gonna go to 24
hr which was a mile away; but when I stopped by the gym I decided to stay at the hotel.”

  • Had lovely balcony off my room. Very comfortable bed.
  • I was required to pay for parking.

“Excellent stay. Only complaint was no free WiFi and parking was $10. I'm use to paying for parking in big cities but this was a standard above ground hotel parking lot outside the city. There was no justification to charge for parking.”

  • The room was nice.
  • Rude staff, they charge for parking and most amenities. No hot tub.

“This property is a sub-par Marriott. There is no hot tub, parking is $10 per night and the staff is rude. We dined at the restaurant and the waiter actually smashed a bug on the tablecloth.”

  • Citrus water served in lobby.
  • Had to pay for parking.

“Nobody should ever have to pay for parking at a four star hotel.”

  • Clean, friendly staff, nice decor and comfortable bed.
  • There was nothing I didn't like.

“My stay was only one night but I found it to exceed my expectations. Location, staff, cleaniness, comfort and the nice restaurant was everything I needed for my short stay.”

  • Clean.
  • Charged extra for self-parking and internet. Self parking about a block away from the front door.

“If you want to pay extra for services. If you want to haul you luggage about a block from the self parking area (with a no-stopping or will be towed sign by the front door) stay here. Very disappointed.”

  • The bed was deluxe.
  • On and off buzzing noise all night woke us up lots.

“Great place to stay, it is a Marriott after all, and you can always expect excellence.

  • The bed was fantastic and the shower was great too.
  • My room had a huge weird stain in the middle of the room.

“The hotel itself was great. If
big stain in the middle was not there,
it would have been perfect.”

  • Clean and friendly.

“Great stay. Wonderful room service. Loved the gym!”

  • The ambiance is wonderful.

“You really can't believe that you are in a business location. The hotel is set in a park like atmosphere, trees everywhere. The hotel rooms are well-appointed, the food is excellent and the meeting space is perfect for meetings and conventions.”
