• Cannot think of any saving grace. Oh yeah my car was not broken into.
• No shampoo, hair dryer, hangers, maid service, filthy hallways and common areas, hard to find garbage disposal.

• Parking and day receptionist was very helpful and generous with her time.
• Quality of my bed blanket and pillow cases.

• Large refrigerator, good clean rooms.
• No pool, far from shopping centers.

• Kitchenette was unexpected. Nice to be right off the fwy.
• Internet should be free.

“Nice location except a train goes by sometimes, but the two days I was there it didn't go by in the night. Right off fwy and though not many places to eat on the near streets, accessing the freeway broadened our choices. Also, Great America, a roller coaster theme park was right down the street which was nice for a last minute day plan. San Jose and Winchester mansion only 15 minutes away and Frisco wouldn't take very long to get to either. Nice staff, simple and easy.”

• Decent location, quiet.
• Bed was too hard. Fleas in the bed. Not enough exhaust fan when cooking. Fire alarm went off too loud.

“Beds were too hard. Fleas and spiders in the room. When cooking the exhaust fan could not handle the smoke and the fire alarm with off. There was no way to take a bath. No way to plug the drain. No shampoo in the room. Clean and dirty room.”
