• Very close to concert venue.
• Noisy due to construction upstairs.

“This hotel met our expectations. Hotel staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was more than what I expected, good if you need to eat something quick on your way out. Very close to several restaurants too.”

• It was cheap, clean, nice looking and safe.
• It was nothing special, generic and not in the best area.

“I would say it was awesome for the price. Free internet, cable TV, pool, spa, nice bed and good cleaning staff. No frills but cheap.”

• Proximity to east end of concord.
• Surliness of guy at the front desk on check in. Finally got checked in but he was rude.

• I know that Ill never have to worry about booking a room there because Ill never do that again.
• Sent me to another hotel, non smoking room smelled like smoke.

“Actually, the hotel I booked sent me elsewhere. I attempted to check in at 5 p.m. And was told that there were no more non smoking rooms left! I was sent to other best western miles away. I chose the original hotel for its proximity. Because I had to come back and forth to the area of the original hotel, this was extremely inconvenient having to waste my valuable time and after all was said and done, the "non smoking" room at the second hotel smelled like cigarette smoke!”

• Easy to find, good location, quite, clean, in-house breakfast was good.
• It was off the beaten path, but very nice.

“I would stay here again; Condord seems like a very nice town. The motel was clean and friendly, the rooms were functional with TV and fridge.”

• Very close to lots of restaurants, excellent free breakfast seemed very safe.
• Nice large bed, but kind of lumpy, should probably put in a new bed.

• Good continental breakfast.
• Felt dirty, ants in the bathroom and vanity area, lot further distance from six flags then was advertised.

“Hotel was ok. There were ants in the bathroom and vanity area. The hotel was about a 30-45 minutes drive to six flags and had to go across a toll road each time costing $4.00 per trip. Hotel advertised itself as "short distance to six flags." Sirens woke us up every night.”

• The rooms were clean. Free internet access from rooms.
• Bad location, noisy, felt unsafe, poorly maintained premises, poorly maintained rooms, and cheap furniture.

“I was expecting a 2-star hotel room, but this was much like a 1-star budget motel, but with a brand name. The location is poor and hotel staff is not friendly. Suspicious people were loitering about the facility late at night. I cut my stay to 1 night rather than all week. No elevators to the second floor, which is a problem if you have any luggage.”

• Room very large and had extra amenities, like a refrigerator.
• Maybe it was my room, but lots of "industrial noise: like a furnace.

“My only problem was the noise from something, maybe the heating system. Otherwise, everything was great.”

• Quick, friendly staff. Free local calls. Free breakfast. Free dinner Monday to Thursday. Close parking. Nice restaurant next-door. Walk to many stores.
• The shower water changed temperature often, but I adjusted. The confidence of more security. Ran out of cookies that were so good.

“I will gladly return and also refer this facility to others. I rate it a 99-99.99% great, as I can cope without perfect water temp, great cookies and also the security coverage or more of it. So it's a 10 (ten) in my book, with nice, knowledgeable people. My favorite was probably the large food selection and nice room. Eating there saved on my funds and being comfortable in the room, felt like home. ”

• Roomy, plenty of drawer, closet space, v. comfortable bed, spa bath, very clean.
• Door stuck when shutting it.

“Good value for the price we paid. Comfortable, roomy, quiet enough & staff was helpful & courteous. The reviews I read on different sites were so bad, I almost canceled our reservations before we left Fresno. Coincidence, good luck or new management. I don't know, but we were happy with our stay there & thought that we got good value. There are fancier places, but none were as conveniently located & we didn't mind spending less than the fancier ones would have cost us.”

• Low cost. Mixed business location, for restaurants & groceries.
• Poorly run. Shabby, communication inadequate.

“Relatives have stayed here twice for convenience and cost. Unreliable. Asked for room accessible for handicapped or elderly, given room w/no elevator on 2nd floor. Room on one occasion smelled terrible. No towels on one occasion. Staff not helpful (problems with language). Lobby shabby, continental breakfast of coffee and stale pastries. Would not recommend.”

• Only hotel in area

“There is alot of criminal activity going on in this hotel especially on the weekend, be prepared to see prostitution going on, Most of staff cannot speak English and are very rude and aggressive, housekeeping comes every other day or so, Free internet is a plus if you can get it to work, Manager/Owner not sure, bald head man is very rude, rooms are in very poor condition, bad water system, walls falling apart, air conditioner blasting out dust”
