• I liked that we could get 3 beds for a reasonable price.
• It is older, but is being remodeled.

“The staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered. I'm sure trying hard to make up for the fact that the hotel is being remodeled. If we had not needed a room for 6 people, we would have stayed elsewhere as the hotel was not Marriot quality.”

• It was exceptionally quiet.
• The toilet was running.

• The room had everything you needed for an extend stay.
• Not many food places when we got in late Not easy to find.

“Me and my wife travel for business most weeks and found this hotel to really be one of our better stays. This hotel not only delivered what was promised from what advertising we seen but offered more then we expected. We also found the hotel staff to be some of the friendliest and most helpful we have found.”

• Accommodated our request for a ground floor room.
• Breakfast should include something other than pastries and high fat muffins.

“Excellent value for the money. Breakfast could be better, too high in fat. A toaster with English muffins and/or bread would be better. Bananas, apples, and/or oranges would be great. We were upgraded to a suite because no studios were available. It was great! Pillows were down and comforter was also a down type product.”

• Quiet, clean, had a kitchenette that was complete and usable.
• Too little space to put away clothes.

“Clean quiet a bit out of the way but definitely a place to stay if one is going to be away for a while. Large enough rooms, could use more storage space. Not a lot to do in the immediate area unless you like to shop. Lots of malls and stores within a few miles of the hotel. For the price I paid I'd stay again.”

“The 1 room suite was nice and functional. Everything we needed was available. Location close to freeway was very convenient. Staff very friendly. Enjoyed my stay!”

• Economy Extended Stay with Real Hotel touch.
• Lobby was under-staffed.

“This is my first experience with Town Place. This property is in a residential area with good access to all types of shopping centers, restaurants and theater Town Place is definitely a cut above Extended Stay America. It offers regular hotel amenities such as shampoo, housekeeping and even breakfast.”

• The friendliness of the staff and the reasonable price.
• Absolutely nothing was bad.

“My husband and I came out for a wedding and we really enjoyed the location of the hotel. It was easy to find. The staff was great and they even made our bed for us each day. Thanks Town place Suites. We will stay with you again if we are in the area..”

• Clean, price, location.
• Only one bar of soap, need better soundproofing

“Clean, well located. We were told only a smoking room was available and nothing on the first floor which was a problem as my husband has problems walking. We were eventually upgraded so we could have a nonsmoking room.”

• The hotel does not provide two beds without paying $10 more.

“It is a good hotel at great location. But whereas we thought we could get two beds, the hotel wants more money - it only provide a queen-sized bed.”

• The staff are very friendly and great to deal with.
• A little dirty here and there.

“We stayed here as we relocated from LA to the Bay Area. It was a great central location to explore all of the Bay Area from. Centrally located to all areas. Staying for several weeks was easy and very affordable, especially for the level of comfort and service. Not all out but very sufficient. also we had our pets with us and the hotel was accommodating and the property is surrounded by great areas for play and walking with our dog. So over all its been very nice.”

“Unable to get non-smoking room (though I had requested it a week earlier). Hotel had been over booked. Overall a good hotel, even though the inability to get non-smoking room really ruins it.”
