“Ok as far as location goes. Staff are helpful and friendly, but the general upkeep is fair to poor. Carpets in all areas need to be replaced. Thank you.”

“First given a room that A/C only brought out hot air. I asked to be moved and the lady at the check in desk said they only had smoking rooms. By the time I left the next day, my clothes smelt like smoke. Never again in this hotel.”

“Plus: friendly, courteous staff. Large, comfortable room with full kitchen. Minus: Carpets a little worn. Had to try four rooms. First room: heater thermostat would not allow heat. Second: Refrigerator bolted shut. Third: No thermostat. Continental breakfast: plain bagel, coffee. That's all that was available.”

“The room was clearly old and run down, the phone was falling apart, stove was not easily usable and the carpets were ripping. Also toilet didn't flush when I first got there. I would not stay there again.”

“The motel overall was maintained well. The only thing was the room had a smoky odor and we had to open the windows. Otherwise having a kitchen area, living room and bedroom was more than I expected for the price. I would come again.”

“These guys just do not get it. Dead bolt does not work, curtain pulled off one hook-would not close, towel rack missing off bathroom door, toilet not mounted securely to floor, telephone would not work, no one seems to be able to solve any problems. And outside door does not lock.”

“The hotel was ok. I would probably stay there again because of its convenience. A guy came out of the elevator one evening smoking a cigarette. Not very pleasant walking in after him. This is the type of clienteles you can expect - kind of shady.”

“Does a low star level mean the place will not be clean? I see a low star as meaning not so many frills, but I expect the same cleanliness 1 star or 4. Extended stay does not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, always some items in disrepair. Broken toilet paper dispenser, trash left on the floor, side of mattress torn, etc, etc.”

“This hotel was terrible. The internet was slow with an extra charge per stay. The room smelled like a greasy kitchen and the floor was dirty. The front desk's English is hard to understand. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. You will regret if you stay in extend stay deluxe in Fremont. It is a ""motel 6 style" overall.”

“It is, for the price I paid, adequate. But they do not upkeep the rooms very well, they have horrid amenities (no shampoo, no internet access unless you pay $5, no pillow slips on the pillows., showerheads that cannot be budged, windows that will not close all the way, but a nice well lighted kitchenette, 3 movie channels, 3 ESPN channels, free parking, good location. They also lacked enough hangers, and had no sugar for the in room coffee. Even the fitness room had old worn out equipment.”
