• The staff was pleasant.
• The look is jaded and the room smelled. New carpets would help.

“Ok as far as location goes. Staff are helpful and friendly, but the general upkeep is fair to poor. Carpets in all areas need to be replaced. Thank you.”

• Easy to get to.
• Very unaccommodating facility.

“First given a room that A/C only brought out hot air. I asked to be moved and the lady at the check in desk said they only had smoking rooms. By the time I left the next day, my clothes smelt like smoke. Never again in this hotel.”

“Have stayed here before, better experience this time. Bed and pillows still uncomfortable. Found old food particles on my sofa. Makes me curious as to how clean the room really is.”

• Great room to work in. Outstanding staff.
• Breakfast was to be included. At 8:10 AM I found one bagel only, no fruit, no cereal.

“A large room with a full kitchen and a good workspace made this an excellent choice for a business traveler. Internet access was $4.95 additional; it should be included in the room price.”

• I like the homely decorum and location was not bad.
• They needed one more set of elevators for access to both ends of the building.

“I can plainly say that, I felt at home. The room has everything. You would need at home in a cozy area. I would recommend business travelers and those who don't have their own home, this place will give you what you want.”

• Spacious kitchen area/comfortable couch/lazy boy recliner.
• Poor quality laundry machines and room/ health hazardous gym in very small room, paint smell. no water fossit, etc.

• Answered problems quickly and politely.
• The kitchenette would have benefited from a few napkins or paper towels.

• Very friendly staff.
• 1 room refrigerator locked, 1 room no thermostat. Finally got OK room.

“Plus: friendly, courteous staff. Large, comfortable room with full kitchen. Minus: Carpets a little worn. Had to try four rooms. First room: heater thermostat would not allow heat. Second: Refrigerator bolted shut. Third: No thermostat. Continental breakfast: plain bagel, coffee. That's all that was available.”

• Lots of parking, shopping /gas station close by.
• Next to noisy freeway.

• Right on top of 880 freeway, very noisy.

• Old and falling apart.

“The room was clearly old and run down, the phone was falling apart, stove was not easily usable and the carpets were ripping. Also toilet didn't flush when I first got there. I would not stay there again.”

• Motel was easy to find. The room was bigger than I expected.
• The windows did not have screens.

“The motel overall was maintained well. The only thing was the room had a smoky odor and we had to open the windows. Otherwise having a kitchen area, living room and bedroom was more than I expected for the price. I would come again.”

• Sorry, not much to like.
• The place is in a state of disrepair.

“These guys just do not get it. Dead bolt does not work, curtain pulled off one hook-would not close, towel rack missing off bathroom door, toilet not mounted securely to floor, telephone would not work, no one seems to be able to solve any problems. And outside door does not lock.”

• It proximity to the freeway. Very close and convenient.
• The looked to be seamen on the furniture. I felt uncomfortable sleeping in the bed knowing this.

“The hotel was ok. I would probably stay there again because of its convenience. A guy came out of the elevator one evening smoking a cigarette. Not very pleasant walking in after him. This is the type of clienteles you can expect - kind of shady.”

• Hair life in room from previous occupant.

“Extended stay must be French for "not clean". These guys just do not seem to get it. I expect 2 stars to be as clean as 4 stars! Is that unreasonable?”

• Noisy, not clean, not in good repair, no quality control on room.

“Does a low star level mean the place will not be clean? I see a low star as meaning not so many frills, but I expect the same cleanliness 1 star or 4. Extended stay does not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, always some items in disrepair. Broken toilet paper dispenser, trash left on the floor, side of mattress torn, etc, etc.”

• Everything is bad.

“This hotel was terrible. The internet was slow with an extra charge per stay. The room smelled like a greasy kitchen and the floor was dirty. The front desk's English is hard to understand. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. You will regret if you stay in extend stay deluxe in Fremont. It is a ""motel 6 style" overall.”

• Its location, kitchenette, cable channels.
• Worn carpet, no pillow cases, windows did not close, no shampoo, $5 for internet access.

“It is, for the price I paid, adequate. But they do not upkeep the rooms very well, they have horrid amenities (no shampoo, no internet access unless you pay $5, no pillow slips on the pillows., showerheads that cannot be budged, windows that will not close all the way, but a nice well lighted kitchenette, 3 movie channels, 3 ESPN channels, free parking, good location. They also lacked enough hangers, and had no sugar for the in room coffee. Even the fitness room had old worn out equipment.”

• Friendly staff; helpful comments.
• The turntable in the microwave was dirty and had crumbs on it. Had not been washed since it was yellowish in color.

“Fairly decent hotel with good basic amenities. Good staff. Needs work to check on housekeepers, though.”
