• Good selection of Television Channels.
• Unpleasant odors in stairwells.

“Comforter on the bed in Room 207 where I stayed had Cigarette burns on it and it looked dirty. The bathroom vent did not work properly so showering steamed up the room and when using restroom; odors were not vented out of the room. I had stayed in this room on another visit several months ago and the vent didn't work then. I reported it then but it has not been repaired.”

• Doubled the price just for two beds instead of one.

“Uncooperative with price-line guests. They doubled the rate for two beds instead of one, and since I was with my grown son I was forced to agree.”

• Close Proximity to Freeway.
• Unpleasant odors in hallways and stairwells.

“I have stayed at this and other extended stay hotels in Fremont, Newark, Milpitas, South San Jose and Morgan Hill. By far this has been the worse when it comes to room cleanliness. The first room I checked into on this trip, had the worse smell. I decided to leave and get dinner and turn on the air conditioner to air out the room and upon my return, it smelled so bad that I called the front desk and asked if I could change rooms. She said they had no other non-smoking queen bed rooms. This room obviously had been smoked in previously, as the bath area counters had cigarette burn marks on them. I told her that a smoking room would not bother me if she had one available. I was transferred to another. While this room, too, had obviously been a smoking room, at least it was much more tolerable.”
