“This hotel while nicely located did not supply enough parking for the guests. When we checked in the front desk agent seemed preoccupied and made us feel like we were bothering him. The room was tiny and not what advertised. There was dirt on the floor, multiple hairs in the shower and the room was so hot we slept with the air conditioner on (which was extremely loud) and ended up opening a window. Unfortunately the window was out over the pool and they did not enforce the 9:00 pm closure so we listened to people screaming out at the pool till at least 11pm. The carpet in the lobby was stained, dirty and faded. There was not enough food on the breakfast buffet to the point that people were attacking the food before it ever got out to the buffet line. I finally gave up and grabbed a yogurt and went to my cramped loud room. There were not enough towels and the hide bed could not be opened without moving furniture which you then had to keep from tripping over to get to the bathroom. Housekeepers were still cleaning rooms at 9:00pm and upon check out I was not asked about my stay but told hold on as a front desk agent talked over my shoulder to a housekeeper. I will make sure that everyone I know never stays at this hotel.”

“Our family was pleased with the room. It was ready when we checked in a bit early. There was plenty of parking, but I understand Friday/Saturday nights it is crowded. We had a room with two queen beds, and a queen sized sleeper sofa. There were even two TV sets. We didn't use the desk or internet in the room. We used the computer in the lobby for a couple minutes. There was a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer and iron in the room. There were plenty of towels in the granite and tile bathroom. There was no pool, but had a large Jacuzzi. We also didn't get a chance to use the exercise room. Staff was helpful and friendly. We had a great stay!”

“We enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Which includes four different cereal, waffles, apple/orange juice, and yogurt? The room is very comfortable. Only bad thing is the parking. Neighborhood around hotel doesn't seem safe.”

“I enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and spacious. The furnishings could use a could clean or update. They had a coffee bar all day. Parking was a problem, the spaces are very small and there are not enough of them. Two cars had windows smashed the night we stayed. I left my phone in the spa area and it was still there in the morning but I could not get a staff member to let me out to get it. They did not seem to care. Not once were we asked how are stay was, not even upon check out.”

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Upon check-in I was "warned" of a $100.00 charge for smoking but when I stepped into my nonsmoking room it smelled so strong of smoke and cover-up smells it was nauseating. The carpet and furniture were dirty with lots of stains. The TV reception was bad. Parking filled up and the "walk" to boardwalk was quite a hike, okay during daylight but not so good at night.”

“The general manager was not helpful on my check-in. The Spa was barely at a Luke warm temperature, and when I notified the GM of the hotel he gave a lame excuse on how it was turned down earlier in the week when it was warmer outside. The temperature of the spa was about 90 degrees. On the Saturday night of our stay we got back from out outing around 2am and there was absolutely nowhere to park our vehicle. We had to park about a block away at a restaurant and walk to the hotel. I had to get up at 7am when the restaurant opened to go move my vehicle to the hotel's parking structure. I placed the do not clean my room hanger on the door and the staff entered my room and cleaned it anyway. I had many valuable things not put away or stored throughout the room and did not want my things bothered with. This was a complete disregard for my privacy and was not appreciated. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Looked like it was going through remodel. Common areas rather dirty. Front desk was new employee who spent 20 minutes looking for our reservation and said he could not check us in because they were sold out. It was a disappointing experience.”

“The first room I received only had one window that looked directly into another wall 3 feet away. It was very dark. I requested another room, and it was fine. I would have been entirely disappointed if I had to remain in the first room. The breakfast had a nice variety. I would return if I knew I had a room with a window to the outside.”

“Unprofessional staff and ugly common spaces took a little of the shine off the beautiful suite. Very noisy guests across the hall sounded as though they were in the room with us. I left my cell phone charger behind and had to call the hotel and ask about it. They had it but had not recorded which room it came from. Not sure whether Iżll get it back!”

“Very expensive for what the hotel offers. We paid $205 a night (with a AAA discount) for a room that was extremely dark (looking at a wall) & very stained couch and arm chair. There was not enough parking to accommodate every guest. The reservation person was unfriendly (had to tell him to smile when it took reservations), & when I complained about the dark room & the dirty furnishing, the front desk young girl did not offer any remedy or discount. Use to go there a lot, long ago when cheaper & cleaner. No more!”

“Very nice, clean and reasonable. Staff great. Continental breakfast more than Danish, had all you would want. Great secure underground parking . Nice lobby, but with kids I wish they had a pool. Although the spa is big and kids felt fine going there every night. Good Choice!”
