• The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• The room was tiny and the bed was hard as a rock.

“Only good thing I can say is the staff was extremely helpful. While the location of the hotel was nice, the room itself looked nothing like the picture. It was extremely small and cramped. There were lots of other hotels near this one so I would not recommend this one just because of the location, which is the reason I chose it.”

• It was very close to the Boardwalk.
• The web site should have been clearer regarding the pool.

• It was a great location and the staff was very attentive and friendly.
• I had no complaints.

“The hotel was in a perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room had a nice view of the town and had a nice homey feel. I would definitely like to go back and would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Santa Cruz.”
