• Best western hotels are usually clean and economical.
• I made reservation for non smoking room. I was given a smoking room which smelled horrible.

“I was sentenced the eastern corner of the building, which is set up for in room-smokers? And maybe obnoxious loud people. Usually I don't encounter these problems at a Best Western. I believe there was some dishonesty on the part of this Internet reservation service. Which I will never use again. As for as that particular hotel goes I will not stay there again either. I am not sure if the hotel is to blame for the smoking room or the Internet reservation service. I just know this; you may mislead a customer once. The second time is unlikely to occur.”

• The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. I liked the free wireless internet and mini kitchen.
• When we got into our hotel room, there was a pretty big bug in the bathtub.

• Good location, clean and safe neighborhood, Staff was very helpful and friendly
• The location of the ice machine was distant, and there was one vending machine downstairs.

“The hotel was clean and well maintained. The rooms were larger than expected and provided for all my expectations with a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was very helpful with all my requests.”

• I liked the cleanliness of the room.
• Looking outside from the window in my room showed a blank cement wall. There was no view,

“Overall, I was very satisfied with this hotel. However,I didn't have a very pleasant stay on the hotel that I bid on before this one. It was the Holiday Inn Hotel in Buena Park, Ca. The hotel was rated a three star but in my opinion, interior quality was well below average.”
