• The price and size of the of the room was very good.
• Location of the front desk to the parking lot and difficulty of exiting the parking lot to the roadway.

“The staff was very friendly and for the size of the room, with a kitchenette, the price was very good. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The only drawback was trying to find the front desk once I pulled into the parking lot. I had to walk back out to the street to find the entrance. It was also a little difficult trying to exit the parking lot back out on to the road because of traffic.”

• Room was large and clean.
• Public rooms, hallways were atrocious - dirty, needed painting.

“Difficult entry from parking lot, parking poor. Overall a very disappointing experience except for the room itself.”

• Friendly staff.
• Worn environment, ripped, ragged towels, no functioning remote or replacement.

“The staff is friendly. The night shift clerk could neither locate an extra blanket for me nor find a working remote for the TV, in spite for attempts to do so.”

• It was close to the location of my meeting.
• The corridors and common areas were kept extremely warm.

“The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Price was reasonable for the area, and the hotel was within easy access to a major freeway.”

• Fairly clean; large television.
• High noise level from street; swimming pool was closed and unusable; poor breakfast selection and location of breakfast room; low shower pressure.

“Direct on street location makes front rooms very noisy at night. Otherwise, hotel was in decent condition, other than pool, which was closed.”

• The location from i-680 was very convenient!
• The amenities were old, but overall were okay.

“As stated above, the location was great. Not too far from i-680 in concord. My partner and I enjoyed the room and the breakfast in the morning!”
