• Easy access, clean, friendly and
  great beds.

“We will definitely use this hotel chain again. The price was great for the quality of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and charming. Furniture was

• Price & location.

“After house keeping cleaned they left our door ajar. Open for at least 5-6 hours. We had valuables money & laptop but thank goodness nothing was missing. Notified front desk immediately. We got a sincere apology but I felt it not enough since it was their error. We stayed 2 nights and they could have refunded us for one or given us some kind of voucher for a free meal from room service.”

• Easy to reach off the freeway.

“Clean and convenient location. Not up to the standards of a La Quinta Inn. Cosmetic area not updated to today's standards. Not enough plugs for cell phones, etc.”

• Quiet and accessible to shops and dining.
• No free breakfast like most hotels have. No free use of Internet too if you are staying for more than a day.

• Beautiful! Clean! Good location. Friendly staff!

“This is a beautiful hotel. Easy on/off freeway (880) access. Nice rooms! Clean! Quiet. Comfortable beds. Nice pool, but hot tub was only lukewarm. Very friendly, helpful woman working at front desk. One offramp up was access to many many restaurants fast food and otherwise. We loved our stay here!”

• Clean and quiet.
• Parking was inconvenient. No enough counter space on sink area.

• Very comfortable pillow-top mattress; not too hard or too soft.
• Street area in front of hotel too narrow.

“As a frequent occupant at this hotel, I have always found it to be a pleasant place to stay. This time the hotel could not offer breakfast, as the restaurant was closed, so they gave me a free breakfast at the Residence Inn located next door. This was very nice of the staff to do this. The biggest plus is that the rooms have a comfortable pillow-top mattress.”

• I was fine with everything.

“Great quality. I was VERY happy with this hotel. I traveled most of the time and used this place for sleeping only. I wish there were a coffee shop downstairs, but I have NO complaints.”

• I'd like that it had a pool and in the pool hours we were looking to go for swimming.
• The coffee maker in the room was not working.

• It was clean, the staff was helpful and the room was comfortable.
• Would be nice if it had a microwave and refrigerator.

• The hotel was fine and the room was clean did not have a fridge so that was the downside. Overall I enjoyed my short stay.
• No comment everything was fine.

“I will recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to stay in Newark. The place is easy access to the freeway except when your leaving due to the one way out and you have to make a u turn to get out or go back to the freeway due to the center divider. All in all it was fine.”

• The hot tub was clean and big - our room was quiet.
• No microwave or fridge in room.

“This hotel is excellent as far as location, room decor, cleanliness, quietness and staff. I have been here with kids and for business - several stays and no problems.”

• Comfortable bed, beautiful grounds, friendly staff.
• The pool should not close. It should be 24 hours.

“This is a wonderful hotel. Most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. I enjoyed this hotel very much.”

• I liked my expectations based on the past.
• The staff was not the same as usual this weekend.

“Last week I wrote my first review of this hotel and I counted up how long I've been staying there, it's been it's been 8 months, almost every weekend. I have a reasonable expectation of being recognized when I'm a guest. And up until this weekend that's what I have received. This weekend A different desk person was there. When I checked in he asked me to sign his stupid paper saying I won't have any parties with loud music. I know it's his job but as I said before regular customer. Then that night my girlfriend was denied access to a room key despite the fact that I had her registered to receive a key. When I asked what happened I got a BS story about the conversation. Basically I was being told a different story about the conversation between the desk and my girlfriend. Why would we lie? And whatever happened to the customer being right? By the way don't try to ask this guy for a late checkout. I was told that the hotel was at capacity and he couldn't do it. I wasn't asked how much time I needed which was only an extra half hour. Then the icing on the cake was when I checked out I realized I left my phone charger behind but was already on the freeway. Did he ask for my number to let me know? Nope! So I come back the next day and guess who? He tells me that they didn't find it. Now I'll be the first to tell you the service here is usually first class. Mainly because he's not usually there at least when I'm there. But this trip he was there every day. The girls that are there are great. But this guy is in the wrong business.”

“Overall a very nice place to stay at. Room was clean and bed was extremely comfortable. I even had a hard time trying to wake up. The only down side was the person running the front desk, he seemed like he was having a bad day which is understandable, but overall everything was great.”
