• Great location and comfortable large unit.
• Furnishings of unit were dated.

“Great location and a comfortable large unit. Furnishings were dated but unit was nice and clean. The staff on duty was very friendly when we arrived in the wee hours of the morning. We were very pleased for the price.”

• I loved the spacious room that accommodated an entire kitchen and sitting area. Work out room a good bonus.
• It was a little difficult to find.

“Having never stayed in a Residence Inn, I hadn't expected a full kitchen and living area. The breakfast was excellent. The workout room was adequate and cool enough to work out hard. Plus it was within walking distance to a restaurant. Breakfast provided many choices and made getting out early the next day possible. Definite keeper on my list of places to stay.”

• The entire facility was kept very clean & the staff was ever so courteous at all times.
• Our room was around back and from time to time we got a very funky stench coming in. It's was like a sewer stench.

“I would definitely stay at the hotel again & recommend to friends & family. We felt safe on the grounds at all times. The staff was very friendly & the grounds were very well kept. We found the breakfast to be very good. It's a very close distance to the mall & a lot of restaurants. My only dislike was the funny smells that we got from time to time & I found that the towels were way to hard, & I need of some fabric softener. But all in all, I have a very pleasant stay.”

• Great size room. I like the kitchen as well.
• I could hear the freeway traffic.

“The room was great, but it was near the lobby and a little noisy and I could hear the freeway from my room as well. I liked having the free hot breakfast in the morning.”

• Excellent staff & service. Well-appointed suite with everything we needed. Great complementary breakfast!
• The location is a little off the beaten track.

“Once we got beyond actually finding the hotel -- it's not easy to locate -- we were quite pleased with everything. The staff were all very helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. Our suite was lovely, very well-appointed both in terms of decor and with what one might need during such a stay -- kitchen items, etc. A HUGE plus for me was the very comfortable bed, with the right amount of firmness. AND the shower-head was placed high enough on the wall of the tub so that I didn't have to bend way over to wash my hair. For a tall person, that is very much appreciated.”

• I needed hotel in Oakland, but this was not available for that price
