• The people working at the front desk were extremely polite.
• Small bathroom area & counter space.

“Easy to find; very clean. We slept in both days, and we can't do that in our own home. :o)”

• Convenient location and nice heated outdoor pool.
• No refrigerator in room.

“We have stayed here several times to visit family in the Issaquah area. We have always been happy with our stay. Large excellent breakfasts, large heated outdoor pool, great for children, convenient to many stores, restaurants, movie theatres.”

• Staff was accommodating with special needs.
• Cable and movie selection was very limited and lousy.

“Excellent location, clean, friendly, overall we were content with our stay. Was advertised as having a "whirlpool" which I needed for therapeutic reasons. The "whirlpool" was not jetted or heated so it did no good. There were many loud hotel guests due to an onsite wedding and nothing was done to quiet them at 1am so we were unable to get a really good rest, but the rooms and beds very were comfortable.”

• Clean, convenient to Seattle, family friendly atmosphere.
• Housekeeping begins too early.

“This clean, modern hotel has easy on-off access to Interstate 90, feels like a small town hotel while really just 15-20 minutes from downtown Seattle. We had no problem making it to the Mariners game with plenty of time for sightseeing. I would highly recommend this place to others who don't want to fight city traffic.”
