• Service was horrible, beds uncomfortable, noisy.

“There was no one available to help bring my luggage to the room, so I had to maneuver a luggage cart to the third floor. The decor in the room was horrible, the TV in the living room was too low for comfortable viewing, and the door to the bathroom swung out into the room almost knocking out my traveling companion. It was noisy and smelled of raw sewage. Horrible experience! I met with the manager the morning I checked out with a list of complaints.”

• The managers reception at night, the morning complimentary breakfast, to die for.
• Having to pay 18 bucks for overnight parking was very romantic.

• They always place internet folks in the noisy rooms.

“Hotel is okay, they charge an $18 per night extra fee for auto parking. There are no other options. Hate staying at this hotel because of that. I wish there was a way to block certain hotels from the 'pool'.”

• Spacious room and comfortable bed.
• Parking very inconvenient and expensive. Would deter from staying there again.

“I loved everything about the hotel with few exceptions. The other guests were there for some tournament so the lobby areas were swarming with kids and most had some drama going on. The parking situation was unacceptable. If they offered valet for the $18 parking fee, but I was not happy to park in a dark underground garage. The breakfast was excellent and the room was the best I have seen. Very spacious.”

• The staff was very nice in helping us get around San Francisco.
• After leaving our Embassy Suites in South Lake Tahoe, I was disappointed in the room. They need to re-decorate.

• Love the large rooms and the extra space.
• Kids in the pool after 9PM even though it was posted. Staff didn't care.

“Great hotel! Be ready to pay $18 per night for parking though! And be sure you have a small car since the parking garage is unusually cramped. However, the rooms are large and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've had in a hotel. The breakfast was great with a yummy, cooked to order omelet!”

• Great breakfast buffet, lovely pond with coit fish, suite style fits the family traveling.
• Unfriendly staff, wait too long for the operator to answer the phone, internet not working, broken air conditioning filter with water leading.

“Staff not friendly, room is not in perfect condition upon check in, internet access is out of order, air conditioner's filter leading. Everything is out of my expectation.”

• Liked the suite room, very clean.
• $18 to park overnight for hotel guests!

“On the plus side: got a great deal, large "suite" room with multiple sinks and mirrors (very convenient when 2 people are getting dressed), very clean, great complementary breakfast. On the down side: $18 to park overnight for hotel guests, pillows were too big and too hard, our room window overlooked a banquet room patio and the wedding reception was loud and went into the late hours. Not all hotel experiences are 100% perfect, but this was definitely one of the better experiences my husband and I have had.”

• Rude hotel staff doesn't believe the customer is always right.

“Its a very nice hotel and the rate was fantastic unfortunately the management staff was anything but friendly and helpful my friend was staying there and got into an argument with his girlfriend and were a little loud so instead of staying the full two days that was paid for got asked to leave after only one nights stay that's not fair I wasn't even there when that happened I deserve a refund for the night that I paid for and didn't get to use that's only right.”
