• Free wireless internet.
• No free breakfast.

“his hotel is very clean. We didn't use the swimming pool, but it looked nice and well maintained. The hotel staff were all very polite and helpful. The room was a little smallish, but was very clean. The hotel is across the street from a large shopping center, and there is a lot of other shopping/restaurants in the general vicinity. The Bart station is also very close, but not within walking distance. Free wireless Internet was great. The breakfast is, unfortunately, not free and costs about $11. Parking is free. The hotel is located in a very safe and attractive part of town.”

• This hotel would have been beautiful, if maintained. It had been up to Courtyard Standards, with a nice pool and landscaping.
• It looked so poorly unattended. Our room hadn't even been vacuumed well.

“We have stayed in Courtyard hotels before and have always been very happy with the result. It looked like the hotel management had not been checking on things in a long time. The staff was pathetic. If we are lucky we just caught them on a bad day, because otherwise it is a nice hotel.”

• Beds were very comfortable. Room was quiet and clean.

“The room was of good size, beds were very comfortable, room was quiet in spite of the fact that it was close to the highway and busy streets. The hotel staff was very friendly.”

• The location and the terrace.
• The bed was hard and pillows were not comfortable the restaurant said make your own omelet and had no vegetables.

• Difficulty in extending my stay due to business extension.

• Atmosphere, cleanliness, excellent room service [they did not wake me up in the morning] courtesy.
  
• I did not dislike anything.

“Perfect for my needs, quiet, clean, comfortable and everything worked. I like the iron and ironing board. Coffee pot is great. The only thing I would like would be a small refrigerator in the room. Everything else was excellent.

• Very clean, excellent staff.
• Nothing.

“The hotel was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. I also thought the pool area was well maintained. Another positive aspect was they had a business center that offered guests to surf the internet for free.”

• Complimentary beverages in the lobby.
• Small rooms and down pillows.

“The location was convenient and fairly quiet despite the main road we were on, we were near the freeway and had lots of little shopping centers around us, including a right aid right in the same parking lot (and a Boston market). I liked that they made our eggs to order at the buffet breakfast, and they did not charge me for my 3 year old's meal. I would definitely return to this hotel.”

• The front desk staff was outstanding.
• Breakfast buffet was all or nothing - $9.95. Couldn't order just an egg.

“This was our first time at a Courtyard Marriott and I'd stay again. Great internet access, great cleaning staff, great front desk. The only downside was that you needed to spend $9.95 for the entire breakfast buffet, even if you wanted only toast and an egg. But there are great eateries just across the street.”

• Location was just 3 blocks from where we wanted to be.
• The fitness center was too small and was thus crowded.

“If you are looking for a nice hotel within walking distance to shops, restaurants, movie theaters and a park, this hotel is perfect for you. The staff was very friendly and professional.”
