• New appointments in the room, extremely comfortable bed and bedding, staff were friendly as if at a b&b.

“My expectations were exceeded at Hilton Garden Inn Mountain View. The staff, especially Jack, was outstandingly friendly and helpful. I was surprised at the large size of the room, as well as the high-quality bedding and comforter, the special ergonomic desk chair, the flat screen TV, and the soft.”

“My wife and I have had to go to Palo Alto Area several times now for heart issues and this stay was the best and in a got area. We would definitely recommend you stay at the Mt View Hilton Garden Inn.”

• The bed was the most comfortable I've slept on in years including my own bed at home.
• It's located on a fairly noisy thorough fare.

“Polite and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness. Attractive rooms with comfortable furnishings. Great amenities. Convenient though noisy location. Everything I expected in a three-star hotel. I enjoyed it enough that I stayed another day when my appointments were postponed even though there were no rooms available at any negotiated rate.”

• Good beds, quiet, wireless internet, convenient.
• Only sheet and comforter on bed, need in-between.

“Everything a single traveler like myself wants. Quiet, clean, quality bed for a sound night's sleep. Free wireless internet is much appreciated, as is free HBO. Easy access to 101 but no highway noise is handy.”

• Well appointed kitchenette.
• Two miles from anything interesting.

“Clean, comfortable, attractive, quiet, modern, recently remodeled, tastefully. Conference rooms, internet access, shared computer available. Four floors with one elevator near the lobby which may be distant from your room.”

• No MTV available on cable.

• Big rooms, comfortable furniture.
• Cigarette smell.

“The rooms are smelly. It feels like either tobacco or perhaps, the materials they used for the recent renovation. I sampled two rooms at the second floor. Both had this problem. Perhaps, this was a smoking floor before the hotel had become 100% smoke free. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel at a wonderful location. I'd definitely recommend to anybody with a less picky nose than mine.”

• The pillows.
• The parking lot was inconveniently located and there is only one entrance.

“I was very comfortable in the room the decor was pleasing and the room was spotless. Everything I needed was at hand. There seemed to be only one elevator and the room I was assigned was quite a distance from it which made it a long haul with my luggage, but all in all, the hotel was quite wonderful.”

• Well kept up, beautiful and clean. Good desk service.

“I stay at a lot of hotels and this one is one of the best Ive stayed in a long time. Nothing shabby about it and beautifully decorated with nice rugs. The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. Restaurant and room service available. They have everything anyone would want and the rooms were not small. Lots of parking and multiple enter and exit doors with key. A true Hilton hotel.”

• They had kid's day care in front of my room with noise when I'm sleeping day time.

• They actually took my request for a smoke free room the day I booked the room.
• It was farther away than I thought it would be.

“Excellent staff, great with directions. The hotel lobby, halls, and room felt clean and comfortable. I loved the beds and the feather pillows.”

• Good King bed with nice pillows, in-room microwave/coffeemaker, and lounge.
• Front Desk gave wrong directions for a local business, said it was on same street. Over 1 hour of trial and error.

“Great value for the price. Nice king bed & pillows, decent bathroom, in room 'fridge, coffeemaker with good coffee and microwave. Didn't use pool/hot tub, or fitness room-was told it has limited weights / equipment. Nice lounge & ottoman in room. Comfortable and very close to the venue. 12pm checkout. Front desk gave us bogus directions to a store but otherwise would definitely return.”

• Relatively small but high quality hotel, up to Hilton standards.
• Driveway exited onto a main (busy) roadway which made egress difficult at times.

“Excellent hotel, comfortable rooms, well maintained, and well trained staff. Although located on a main avenue (El Camino Real) street noise was not a problem. Would recommend to friends and associates. Also had Fox News on the TV, a plus for me.”

• Friendly, clean, well furnished, wonderful amenities.

“The Hilton Garden Inn went beyond our expectations. It was very clean with nice decor and furnishings. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The desk staff even welcomed their guests with freshly baked warm cookies every day! The pool and jacuzzi were well maintained with a great adjoining work out room. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again!”
