“This was a very clean hotel, the rooms were very clean and spacious. I loved the carpet in the rooms. However, there was major construction going on. There was no refrigerator, so I can't use this hotel when I travel with my kids. But for business. I would definitely use this hotel again.”

“Hotel front desk was not helpful. When I asked why smoke smell still stayed on sheets, she said oh, I don't know if the cleaning people washed it. What kind of response is that? I am definitely not going to come back to this hotel.”

“We got there and they had half of the hotel tore apart and no water for most the afternoon for 3 days.”

“It took 20 minutes to find you had to enter the lobby from the underground parking structure, then it took another 10 minutes for the front office clerk to be called to the front office by a janitor to check us in. Since the hotel is under renovations the front office is half of the eating area. Horrible interior and was no where near three stars.”

“During my stay the hotel was under construction and looked as if it would be for quite some time. The only entry or exit was through a temporary lobby that looked like an office cafeteria. The hallways were covered in plastic, there was dust, the whole place had a strong smell of plastic and it was dark. The room had the same smell. I would not stay here again until the work is done.”

“The staff was excellent, unfortunately the hotel is under full renovation, including interior and exterior, the entrance to the hotel is littered with heavy equipment, lumber, steel beams, Plenty of arrow signs to guide you to the reception area, the room was clean and comfortable, but had to walk through construction areas of plastic lines floors and walls to get to my room.”

“This Holiday inn is a bad reputation for all Holiday inns. They are doing construction on this hotel; however, the rooms smell bad, carpet has spots, they cut the water off every day from 11 a.m. to 4 pm. The Garage is scar at night. My wife felt scared to go to the car alone. This particular hotel should not be more than 1 star. I would absolutely hate to stay here again.”

“This hotel was under construction and was very difficult to get around. I found it was very outdated and dirty due to the construction. Noted room service, yet no menu in room. Called for room service phone just rang and rang no one ever picked up (tried a couple of times). Not impressed and did not live up to star rating.”

“What should have been a good experience due to the location ended up being a disaster. My mother-in-law who has respiratory problems had to breathe fumes the whole time. Our non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Room service trays laid in the halls for several days. We didn't get what we told we were getting and we did not have the time or energy to try to correct it. I don't look for freebies but I feel we're due something since we did n to get what we anticipated.”

“Gave us a smoking room when we dont smoke. Dingy dirty carpet very dated rooms. Graveyard shift front desk guy was rude and unaccommodating he would not give us our nonsmoking room even though the room was reserved weeks in advance. Day shift employees were more accommodating and friendly.”

“The hotel was under construction which made it very confusing to locate your room and navigate around the hotel, a notification that this hotel was under construction would have been nice. Also, the rooms were a bit outdated.”

“This hotel would've been fine if it had not been for the construction going on during our stay. Our room was a bit dated, decor-wise, but it was clean and quiet. I was extremely disappointed with the hotel, in general, as it was severely under construction and shouldn't have been open during this phase. There were nails on the floor and things dangling precariously overhead. The hotel staff seemed very stressed out. The Jacuzzi was broken and this was something we really wanted to take advantage of during our stay. At one point, our water was turned off for a couple of hours, without notice. When it came back on it was cloudy and brown. I think we should get some of our money back.”

“At best, this is a 1-2 star hotel. The lobby is also under construction, so watch out for the noise and dust.”
