  • Nothing! It was disgusting and very dirty!
  • It was disgusting and very dirty!

“This was the worst experience I have ever had at a motel in general! The bedspread was dirty on the inside with taco sauce! The bathtub had hair on the walls! It smelled terrible like it had not been used in a long time. Very musty! The outside was dirty looking, i.e., the bushes had paper and bottles in them. All in all, I would never stay at this place again.”

  • Nothing but the location.
  • The front office staff acted like it was their first day on the job.

“This hotel is a real ghetto place. I don't think I could ever stay here again! Cigarette burns in the carpet and bedspread and blankets and all in my "non smoking" room. It is way over priced for the quality (or lack of any quality!) I give a 1/4 star only because it exists! The only good thing about the place is that it has plenty of parking places, but be sure and lock your vehicle up tight and leave nothing in it. You would be overcharging folks for this slum lord hotel.”

  • Nothing. We didn't stay, and they kept our money.
  • They kept our money, even though we left within 10 minutes.

“I went to sit on the bed, so I pulled back the covers, and there was the end of marijuana blunt on our supposedly fresh sheets. This room was dirty, and we went to get our money back, and they said they could only give us another room. The second room was just as dirty. Also, there were several hookers hanging around the hotel, and the rooms. We will never stay there again, nor use this service.”

  • The shower.
  • The continental breakfast. Lacked food.

“The location was acceptable but noisy, the staff did not seem very friendly at all, the continental breakfast consisted of unripe bananas some miss canisters of cereal with only one scoop between them, stale bread tossed into a bin for toast, no jelly coffee was cold that was in carafe.”

  • Public spaces well maintained.
  • Rooms are shabby, with shoddy repairs. Some of the appliances/ fixtures were broken.

“This hotel has a great location to highways and has great amenities with the free wi-fi, free breakfast and in room fridge and microwave. It, however, suffers from shoddy repairs in the rooms themselves. Some of the fixates either don't work properly or are missing altogether. A decent value for the price, but is also in a rougher neighborhood and attracts some rougher clientele.”

  • I got a good price for the quality of hotel. Plenty of parking was available to park my truck.

“Number 5 I rated low because of location. To far from san Jose where I needed to stay.”

  • Honestly, I had the absolutely worst experience with this hotel. Therefore, I cannot tell you anything good about this hotel and my experience.
  • The absolute, extreme worse treatment from the entire hotel staff.

“I had death in my family and needed to go to the Bay Area. I was under medical care, as well. My Mother and my 2 children accompanied me. As I often request, an early arrival, I arrived at 4:30AM. I went to bed after 5AM, only to be rudely awaken by "Victor", which he yelled at me and told me that I was not to be in the room, who let me in the room. I informed him staff member with name beginning with "S", not the manager, let me in, after he had to request an outside service to fax him my reservation. "Victor" yelled at me, stating that "his staff" would not do something like that. I informed "Victor" that I could not believe that he was calling me a liar, how else would my family and I get into the room, seeing that we were let in by the hotel staff member, which his name begins with an "S", gave us 2 keycards, also, we had death in our family, he was yelling at me, which was completely the worse treatment ever, and I was under doctor's care. To make this extremely long story short, "Victor" continued harassing me, had other staff to call me, harassing me about these 2 1/2 hours early arrival. I had to disconnect my phone from being harassed from this staff. Ramada Management informed me that I should call the police. "Victor" and the hotel staff never let me talk to the Manager or the Property Owner. I was on the phone speaking with Ramada Headquarters supervisor, and she as well as another representatives called, and "Victor" and other staff were very rude to them. This experience with Ramada, Hayward, Ca, was the absolute hellish experience I have ever had. I do not know if I will continue since, there is no guarantee I will be sent back to Ramada.”
