• Very rude and rooms not clean.

“We had friends and family there for a wedding in the area; they really wanted our money, but not us as guests. They were rude and not very interested in our. There was lack of customer service and questionable charges to the room. I would not only, not stay there again, but I would not be able to recommend that out of town guest stay there either. There are other really fine places to stay in the area that you really don't need to stay at such a place.”

• They have nice hotel staff.
• Carpet dirty, room smells, bathroom door won't lock, etc

“The location is fine. They have friendly staff. But when I got to the room the beds were fine. The room smells, room is okay (not great). The carpet OMG when you walk w/o shoes or slippers your feet is dirty. The bathroom room door won't lock. I saw spider on the shower room. The shower rod is not installed properly. Mold starting to build up on the window. The price to stay at this hotel is too much.”
