“The hotel was fairly clean the staff was rude at times and there were items in the rooms that needed repair, the smoke dector was apart and hanging from the ceiling. The sheets did not look as if they had been recently changed they looked wrinkled and slept in.”

• Price.
• Very worn facility looked dirty.

“Price was good location was good. Hairs in tub, poorly locking bathroom window for a first floor room rusty window frame and shower curtain rod. Room could needed to be refurbished. I have stayed with this chain if hotels at another location. It was the same story there also. Price is ok if you just need to sleep. Two simple meals are provided. Hotel was quiet for good sleeping.”

• The stay was not long enough.

“The room had been contracted for six day instead of seven by mistake yet the hotel did not extremely over charge for the extra day. The breakfast and diner meals were first class and had variety.”

• Unsafe, unclean, smelled bad, unkept, out dated, scary.

“Upon walking in, they were feeding the homeless in their cafeteria and then I walked to my unit with guys sneering at me with no teeth. These dirty men were all hanging out on the stairs and outside the units, smoking and so on. The room was disgusting. I walked in and walked out since it was unsafe and not fit to stay in. Later as I gave the girl the key back, she said that they let construction workers stay there. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered and I travel a lot!”

• I liked the Jacuzzi tub.
• I did not like the cleanliness of the room.

“This was an absolutely horrible hotel! The staff was rude and un-cooperative. The housekeeping staff was inept! The room had spider webs in the corners, dead bugs stuck to the ceiling and smelled bad.”

• The location was wonderful for what I was there for.
• Dingy outdoor carpeting in the walkways.

“This hotel is more of a motel in its layout. They offer a free breakfast buffet with some hot dishes plus the regular cereals & refreshments. My room had a microwave & fridge in it as well as a large Jacuzzi tub, which was the best thing about the room. Room decor is a bit old fashioned and dark.”
