• The price was good; and was close to freeway.
• Didn't feel like a safe area at night.

“The hotel staff was exceptional; the room was immaculate; great AC; lots of TV channels; parking was easy; the room had a great working refrigerator and microwave! Despite feeling that I was in an unsafe area, there were no problems, except for loud sirens every now and then; good that it was near the freeway; but for such a low money for a night (esp. in the bay area) through Priceline I can't complain! In short, I would stay there again.”

• Friendly staff, clean well laid out room. Exceeded expectations.
• Many TV channels were blank. Unable to tell schedule of programs.

“This is an outstanding little gem in a downtown area. I enjoyed every aspect of the room. There was two police cruisers during the night. Though not scary. Would definitley stay again. Plus has great waffles every morning.”

• Near freeway. Friendly staff.
• Told late check out was 30 min after check out time. Staff kept knocking on door after check time confirmed.

“Hotel was near freeway so it was easy to locate. Was promptly greeted at late check in. flat screen TV in room. Microwave and fridge was in room. Wouldn’t stay again because after night of partying, staff knocked on door repeatedly starting at 9am or so and after I confirmed late check out was 30 minutes after 11am check out time, staff continued knocking on door. Bed and pillow not comfortable and bedding was tacky and felt cheap.”

• The staff was rude, I liked nothing about it.
• Parking, not being able to stay there, being charged for nothing.

“This was a terrible experience, the hotel could not accommodate us, there was no parking available. The man at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful.”

• We weren't shot by the gangsters and addicts all around us.
• There were gangsters and addicts all around us.

“This Days Inn is surrounded by gangsters and addicts. While not as bad a neighborhood as some, it feels like it's just a couple years away from being pockmarked with bullet holes. It is sandwiched between a liquor store and a similar sized motel frequented by addicts and gangsters. Not the romantic getaway I was hoping for.”

“Bay far the worst room I ever had. Paid to get an upgrade to a non-smoking suit. I could almost tell you the brand of smoke that was used. Cigarette burns in the carpet and on the banister next to the bed. Room lost its internet connection shortly after getting there. Never again would I use a days inn”
