• Breakfast was great. Room was spacious with fridge. A must stay.
• Old smoke smell throughout hotel and rooms.

• Happy hour with FREE drinks and food.
• Expensive.

“Quite comfortable though nothing fancy hotel. Definitely a step up from the standard cheaper motel room, though no gardens and the pool was small and poorly located. The highlight was two hours of free drinks and food every evening. This creates a party every night with a lot of businessmen. Breakfast was also included. Though not a four star buffet, there was surprisingly good hot and cold food.”

• Freeway closes, close to many amenities, star bucks, etc; staff was great!
• They are remodeling and parking was difficult, in and out of complex-also loud, heard footsteps from above all night.

“Clean, close to amenities, staff was very helpful. Needs better sound-proofing. Clients above-could not hear voices from above but every footstep was heard. Especially loud at night.”

• Wished we could have stayed longer!

“Beautiful hotel, warm staff, comfortable and clean rooms, what more can I say? My family and I were vacationing through the Bay Area last summer, did not feel like driving all night. I found this Best Western in their int'l directory and decided to check it out. The hotel was conveniently located right off the freeway exit. The desk clerk was friendly and the lobby looked very inviting, so we decided to stay. The kids loved the video games, the wife and I enjoyed relaxing at the pool under the huge redwoods, and overall best stay on our trip. Recommend this hotel to all!”
